Yho this phone feeds on my bundles and airtime even when I am not using it. I have been using it for 7 days now, in 2 days it exploited 500MB of my bundles. It is sad thatif i switch off my data connection i am unable to receive my Whatsaap messages , everything in this phone is internet connected, even taking notes you need to be connected. This is too much for me.I am disappointed.Just recharging , R5,00 airtime is gone if data connection is on. Is it me or i need to do something? There is no radio , no voice recorder, nothing , under my accessories its blank ???

Considering the processing power and the background apps running i would consider myself lucky if the phone lasts for 48hrs if i left it alone ... but how does standby time matter ? The usage is what does which unfortunately varies depending on the amount/screen size/screen brightness ...

Sorry for bringing Samsung here, guys don't believe on the news because here in the country where I work gs4 is on sale with a very limited quantity that's what they call 10M, limited means the retailer ordered from the factory in less numbers it is only a marketing strategy the news. I tried it personally the I9500 version they called octacore and it lags occasionally. And the metal around the body dents easily. Before purchasing try it. Overall really a mixed thoughts. If Nokia Lumia 928 will have a global version would be nice, Nokia Lumia 925 also, cheers Nokia Lumia EOS next.

AnonD-66139, 19 May 2013Dude my samsung galaxy battery drains in 2 hours on browsing . that is normal for a smartphone, you are going to have to get use to it, the more you use your phone the more battery it is going to take, especially if you use wifi and browsing the internet a lot

The phone needs atlest 8 - 10 complete drain and recharge to gear up the battery capacity. I am using L920 for the last 4 months. On an average user battery will remain for 2 days. If very rarely used, it will go up to 3 days even. Heavry user, say complete video play, 12- 18 hrs it last. All those cry here dont know L920 and how to use it. Exceptions to one or two units which may have some production defects - which is common. Nokia should replace such units.

Having used Lumia 920 in 12 days, I'm really disappointed with its battery life. Constant wifi drains your battery too fast. Heavy usage only last for about 4-6 hours. I made a test myself to see how many hours will the Lumia 920 last if left alone in standby. In 5 hours it already drained 4% of its battery. 4% divided by 100% is equal to 25 multiplied to 5 hours is equal to 75 hours. In standby mode, my Lumia 920 will only last for 75 hours only. Noika should really increase the battery of their flagship Lumias.

The Lumia 920 can record and take still picture at the same time with a neat trick using screen capture. Samsang also has the feature and made it seem like it used the camera to carry out both functions. While recording press menu and lock screen buttons. image will be saved in albums.
