I want something to know...I already have Nokia... moreThe Lumia 920 doesn't have a notification light as like the Nokia 808. The screen does light up when you recieve a message.
I would deffinately reccomnd this phone by the way, it's a great device.

Do u think its better to be go for 920?
What about Notification of sms and misscalls ?
does it have any thing like breathing light on symbian ? or any other way?

The entire Lumia line-up is amazing, great devices in all the price ranges. The Lumia 520 looks great too and I think that will be a hit. So cheap, still good specs. The 920 is still my favorite.

But having tht actually hel... morei understands you, even i do have some disappointment with the os but not given up yet, eagerly waiting for blue update, device is amazing no doubt. Using uc broser for downloads.. It has some annoying issues but can be resolved.. Like keyboard does not have option to move cursor, cannot save youtube vedios in hub, mkv playback..etc, even belle is better in these aspects. I feel sad they gave up on symbian..........and i dont promote any device it is all up to you.

I am concerned portico update has been aired, or not pls give details what abt appollo in pipeline, its a sale gimmick keep on hype to customers but region ad delay kills the sentiments fr correction in software, I am now understanding the miserable condition of Nokia r&d team, God help them, but also give them a lesson!

lumia 1000 is still n doldrums, and maybe 2gb ram 2ghz processer 13 mp cam, with pure view, This set has one deficient its lags freezes Nokia foolish not to correct it, nor care for, even their 7.8 update has failed miserably, some hav ad majority waiting, Gone Nut's Nokia.

Now I am just disappointed with this phone will be selling it n buy HTC One, Xperia Z or S4. My friend told me this will be new addition to android devices n will better than my 920 n will be good for me. My mistake to get windowsphone n goin back to Androd but must Say 920 got better camera than my previous lost S2. Hoping to find a cam like 920 on my new Android. I just listened to my little bro by seeing a TV ad I thought this phone would be better than any phone... I don't know much about phones I looked attractive n got the 920 after getting to know the UI. it was a mistake I made.

I like using it, apps and features are amazing.
But the camera is not working, a green screen appears when i try to use both cam and vedio
Also recharging the battery is so slow

dewsoetz, 27 Feb 2013For what? I don't know why I still choose Nokia, all of my friends and colleagues are using sumsung and I phone.because of Loyalty ? So I decided to change my mind toward using other phone by making comparison between Samsung,LG,HTC,Sony,blackberry iPhone. What I can see this time Lumia 920 can beat all of those phones by its differentiation:best mobile design,window 8 which is really attractive,fast and nice mobile performance,high quality. Sound with high school quality camera . If you put iPhone 5 ,note 2 with Lumia 920,you wil see how handsome your Lumia is.because I am writing comments by Lumia.

There are apps available to toggle Bluetooth, wifi etc. You can add live tiles to your home screen which take you to Bluetooth / wifi setup page (works for me )
there is no temple run but there are many good games here. And when i bought my first android, i didn't buy it for temple run. Games are for time pass and there are lot others available. Temple run may soon follow
Google android and windows phone are competitors. that explains why u miss your google propritery apps. But still, you got many good youtube apps here, google search app is available, you can set up google imap / pop email. You can use your google contacts. You can use your google Calender and there are some good Calender apps that support google Calender ( like My Daily Planner). And finally for google maps, you got much much better nokia maps and nokia drive which don't even require internet connection to run. Then you got skydrive in place of google drive.
For editing pics you can use fantasia, lomograph and creative studio etc. They are really good.
There is no opera but you can find other good browsers like nokia express and uc browser etc
I have seen a number if new apps within the last one month and they are increasing. More and more developers are showing interest in windows marketplace.
you can use APP HIGHLIGHTS to find some good apps.
As you would have noticed that there are many good things about this phone also like city lens, nokia drive, best display, pre installed OFFICE, 1 year of nokia music free etc etc etc
And last but not the least, Samsung cant match the build quality of Lumia920. The display is rock solid. Can be used with gloves on, wireless charging, polycarbonate body, revolutionary pure view camera etc etc
So be positive, look at the bright things and be happy
