920 very ez to use..camera good, file document exmp msoft word good, map for navigate good, sms good as usual,email good, 4 me good 4 u should be good, good job as bisnes n 4 student 4 rver ,after upgrade to w8.1 much bater.. I recommend u all should have one

Why don't you try to Google "Camera not working after 8.1 update" Maybe you should at least do some research before talking. There have been hundreds and hundreds of complaints for months.

My 920 is now almost 2 years old and is updated to WP8.1 and its rocking Lumia Cyan update....No problem no issue...and am still gonna keep it as long as it gets WP9 updates. ....So pls dont think that your phone is bad,and dont lead people into believing that. No 920 owner has reported a problem till now . You are the only Kalane to do so......Nokia Rocks.....ardent fan from past 11 years....and am 18

WARNING: Well to be short and to the point. My Lumia 920 was working perfectly until the 8.1 update. Now my camera doesn't work despite trying everything...oh yeah Maps no longer works either. A month ago I contacted Microsoft and I still have the same issues. I have spoken with 3 different people and none of them have ever heard of this issue despite hundreds upon hundreds of complaints on numerous forums and youtube. I keep getting told "the senior team is working to try to fix your problem"...the same problem that nobody at Microsoft seems to know about.
I am DONE with Nokia after using Nokia phones for the last 15 years. N72 N82 N8 and the 920. I've never ever had an Android smartphone...or any other than Symbian and Windows but Galaxy Note 3....here I come.

Hi my Name is Amit I ll Request you all not to buy any Nokia Mobiles. At Their Service centers people are Illiterate I share you my Experience at around 4 service Centers of Noikia ""instead of resolving my problems people
out there started shouting on me just because he was unable to
understand my problem and did not want to entertain, he Humiliated and Insulted me badly in
front of Staff and qued Customers
he was also about to hit me but some people came in between to stop him."" So u may be beaten up or humiliated at their service Centers and mobiles are also worst to use

most worst phone. and he service from Nokia/Microsoft is worst the way the adamant answering of the call receivers annoys you.
It is the problem with sim trey which was given in Nokia care they just fixed the broken tray with glue and had returned as if they had replaced a new trey
they don't have universal warranty if you purchase out side and bring it to India you are out they know how to squeeze your money and blood even for high ended models like 920 and 1020 their response irks.
Never BUY AND NOKIA/MICROSOFT MOBILE.

For now itz one mon... moreYes heat is the main problem with our 920 but i can deal with it by using additional case like softcase or hardcase. But my phone never turn off like what you said,maybe hardreset will help or you can update to cyan maybe it will solve your problem. Or if it fails too, go to nokia service center
