advice, 19 Dec 2012it seems that u don't know what is the meaning of 1080p scr... moreI readed before that the human eye cannot detect resolution more than 300 ppi ,So the the new flag ships with full HD screen offering more than 440 ppi is in fact offering more load on CPU and battery and wasting of your money for no improvement (I wish I had expressed it right)

AnonD-32581, 18 Dec 2012Why on earth would you want a 1080p resolution on a phone? ... moreit seems that u don't know what is the meaning of 1080p screen,so i will try to explain: nowadays a lot of movies are in full hd format which give more sharper details, and u can't enjoy them unless u watch them on a screen that it is capable to display full hd contents.
so when try to watch a full hd content on ur lumia 920 the video will be down scaled to the native screen resolution and u will lose a lot of details .

try to capture full hd video by lumia camera ,watch it on the phone screen and watch it on full hd screen and u will understand the difference.

Anonymous, 19 Dec 2012So you can use a microscope with your phone.till date,920 has the world's most advanced screen.just like its higher refresh rate is not easily visible to the eye,the 1080 p display doesn't make much of a diff to the current displays-thats just a feature companies can only boast at present, not much pretty usable.
As for nokia 1080p display, wait for mws 2013 or wid wp8.x or wp9.

It's actually a 768p resolution, like all the other new flagship phones.

I saw N9 for 26k+ in sm North edsa, and in sm marilao for 16500. Both 16gb. For low prices try STYLE in SM Marilao.

                                Coming to sony:
today i got my hands on a sony ics-xperia tipo.
It was lovely-its definitely better than samsung touchwiz.
                                Transitions were sexy and smooth.
The only -ve was that i always felt the ui could be more flexible to make it more user friendly, and transitions should be faster(though i can not say that it was lagging-played hd games upon it,there was no lag).the excellent web browser was handicapped by less options available.
Overall:somy must work upon ui ,they can show shame to samsung power hungry droids-tipo was excellent with its single core .
