Be patient, you need to realize that there are many different product types from Nokia to get update not just one type of device like iPhone ,it's rolling out to specific models at different regions also, we'll have to wait this week to see which models will get it.

Guys plz help me on this - i m unable to see my friends or family post in my Facebook application and when i run it in internet explorer , my fb page shows all my friends n family post m totally confused y this shit is happening with me , either i hav done something in settings , i really do,t remember but its killing me like hell ..plz widphnlvr or any1 plz help me out .

I bought a Lumia 920 in April 2013 from The Mobile Store Gurgaon at INR 37000, and just within 4 days of buying it, the phone crashed. The phone would just hang up whenever I started the camera and only a hard reset could bring the phone back. I went to the local Nokia Care and they said it will be repaired. I requested a replacement and I was turned down. Then I wrote to Stephen Elop, then CEO of Nokia about this and within 4 days I got a brand new piece. I was grateful about the prompt customer care experience.
I still faced hang-ups whenever I would use Here Maps and Here applications. But in the meantime, my sim got disconnected and I could not test this further. For about an year, I used this mobile only for photos, music and data storing/editing. Here too I wrote a mail to Stephen Elop, but I guess by then my emails may have been tagged as spam in Stephen's inbox.
After I was transferred to Pune, in July 2014, I bought a new sim and the hang-up issues resurfaced. One fine day, after 2 hours of charging, the screen stopped working. I again went to the local Nokia Care and they said that the screen needs to be replaced and I will be charged INR 13500 for the same because my phone's warranty expired in May 2014.
This time too I wrote to Stephen Elop, and this time too no response from him. Instead I got a response from India Repair Manager that they will provide me concession and I will have to pay INR 8200 + Taxes. I requested to know the reason for this failure even after handling the mobile as delicately as possible, but nobody cared to respond on that. Instead I got a follow-up email asking my opinion about the concession provided.
I was a fan of Nokia and that is the reason I have bought 3 Nokia phones till date viz. 3315, X6 and Lumia 920. I have also used Motorola, Blackberry, Micromax, Ericsson, and all of these phones are still working including X6 and 3315. But Lumia 920 has turned out to be the worst mobile I have ever used even after it being a smartphone. And on top of that, the customer care experience has been so GOOD (sarcastically), that I would recommend a Noble Prize for Nokia Customer Care.
