I currently own several phones, one for each os out there. The 920 is a great phone, and surprisingly I find myself using it more often than the others, and that includes an I5, note 2, q10, nexus 4, xperia z. Things I like about it:
awesome keyboard feel, the best keyboard I've ever tried, it is simply the best, fast, precise, touch is excellent, selection tools are great too, speaker quality, email platform, overall smoothness ( not a fast phone though), overall feel. Little annoyances include: browser won't go forward, and won't go back once you exit it, won't do fast forward on YouTube, music player won't let you slide forward either, reception isn't the best, but that could be because this is an att unlocked device with Rogers rom on tmobile, but most of the bad can be fixed with software updates. Overall a great phone.

The Nokia Lumia 920 has the best touch screen and display of any phone, even the 925. I know because I own both. The display is crisp and bright under any lighting. The touch / feel is precise and unlike other phones, exudes quality. You can feel the build in this phone.
It is a mite heavy (heavier than the 925) but I still use it to take and display pictures where it excels due to the IPS screen. The 925 AMOLED screen oftentimes displays a yellow tinge while the 920 does not. The IPS is excellent for displaying documents and web pages and I think cannot be beaten by any other technology.
The tiles and their personalization is a feature I like. I have set them up in different sizes and locations as I use them and still move them when I want to. I really like this feature.
Being a Windows phone means I have access to all my files and office suite documents as I use them. And I can sync my PC and phone as required.
The keyboard predictability now is at a stage where I can type whole text messages just by using suggestions. Awesome.
32GB memory is way more than I need. Skydrive and the Live sign in also ensures that both my phones and my Windows 8 PC now talk the same talk. Pictures, messages, notes etc all show up on all three which is a whole new level of integration. I can use either phone or the PC and still have all the information I stored in one. Syncing is fast and happens without fanfare. And it all happens as soon as they get within range of my domestic WIFI or via my plan.
This phone is fast, web browsing amazingly so. There are no hesitations loading pages, nor displaying pictures. It has 4G but does not need it.
The screen is large for my large mitts and easy on my eyes. The fonts are adjustable. I do not make spelling mistakes when typing on this phone, largely due to the large onscreen keyboard plus the predictive text.
The battery life is around a day and a half to two days of really heavy use which is good for me. I mean really heavy use. Uploads, downloads on the network, WIFI use, pictures, text and lots of calls (I am on the unlimited plan). Amazingly, phone calls do not seem to have much effect on the battery life. I did do the total discharge and full recharge thing on both phones for a week when I got them so this has helped. Plus I turn the radio, network and location service off when I don't need them (mainly for privacy reasons). I use overnight charging and a car charger for when using it as a navigator. (The location / navigation chews the battery up and spits it out.)
I have not had to do any resets, nor have I had any problems with the handsets. But then I have not loaded any extra apps on it nor have I upgraded the software since I bought them. I figure that it does everything I want it to and does it with no fuss so why change the software?
My main gripe is the lack of native shortcuts as some navigation is required to get to some apps or features. I am aware of apps to do this but I am not about to download any apps.

When WP 8.1 comes out, hopefully us users have the option to timed or have the status bar permanently on the screen. Separate volume control is a must.

been using this phone for past few days and thought id give my opinion... switched from a galaxy s3 which i had rooted on to cyangenmod kitkat version.

I do miss the quick toggles from android which the windows phone lacks badly such as wifi and bluetooth toggles, but apart from that windows isnt as bad as some android fanboys here make it out to be. Its actually a fresh experience although I am waiting for quick toggles to become available!! No lag and everything is quick and fluid.

The battery is lasting me about 2 days with light use and 1 day with heavy use - 30mins of calls - 1 hour browsing - 1 hour gaming and a few pictures and videos. I charge the phone every night or every other night which isnt too bad.

The phone is amazing to hold and the weight of it feels amazing in your hands. It feels special everytime I pick it up and looks absolutley stunning in white. Absolute quality!!!!

The app store had pretty much everything i need and isnt as bad as people are making it out to be! I havnt tried mobile games as i only really play emulators on my phone and windows has amazing emulators!!

Im glad I bought the phone and have no regrets about switching. Hope you guys find this helpful :)

It's been 4 months since I bought this phone, and it's Incredibly Great ,, it beats out all of the Samsung Galaxies, screen scrolling is like silk ,, battery takes 24-36 hours to run out ,, and the best thing at all, is that it has never crashed so far ,, unlike the android devices I had, they start crashing after less than one week of buying them O_O

                                        - Heating is nothing to mention in comparison with Samsung's Galaxy S2/3 [personally tried it].

                                        - Battery runs for 24-36 hours IF I use games/web surfing, and it takes about 2-3 days if I use only calls.

                                        - App Store, well it's Microsoft's issue, but still a I found everything I need so far! if not, there're a really good alternatives [for me =) ]

                                        - Lagging? come on,, My Android phones (LG Optmius Black, S2 and S3) are like Zombies in comparison with this,, at least this one never crashed!

and take it easy, the WP 8.1 is coming and it appears that it has a lot of cool features ,,
