there is a serious problem with the software on these phones. my 920 stopped working one wek after purchase. if i used it for three minutes it gets really hot and freeze until it finally just freeze and went off and woudnt come back on. and i had a fully charged battery. RIPOFF

Main disadvantage I found is the handling of Contacts in this phone. I think every phone should have place to add contacts to phone itself, instead of Hotmail or Google. Android and IOS gives an option to sync with Google, in Lumia there is no option, its mandatory.

Lumia 920 price reduced to half within 8 months, what nokia provedon the sake of stock consumption that people like me who bought it as a flagsgip at release are stupid now people having the same set in half....f..k like they did with n8 pureview808... I am going any of nokia phone within 6 month of release at least...

disappointed! the hardware from nokia is very good but windows basically sucks! way too many problems, its v annoying to use this phone once u have used android or ios! most popular apps like watsapp are a mess! many options in it doesnt work! the main reason behind nokia's downfall is windows! it sucks
