Got a phone update (18 MB file)3 days before in my Lumia 620 but when am trying to update it was struck at 0% for the whole day (trying since last two days),somebody tell me is it an amber update and how to update the same.

Nokia 920..is,so refreshing...the look and my red color define a fashion statement...the screen s fluid...windows OS,s straight...no confusion...very easy...definitely windows lacks app's...but nokia covers those missing by,their own app's...nokia pureview camera brings memories back with their breathtaking photography and their photo apps...what else I love to be one of the Lumia family...

alol, 10 Oct 2013Hold the volume down key and lock screen keyThat what I said, I did that. Hold both volume down and screen lock. Also I tried holding down all 3, volume down, screen lock and camera key. Phone restart but screen touch never respond. I want to delete my personal files before giving to repair. I can't do that as well. Tried to access via USB, but it doesn't show any media files may be because phone is in lock mode all the time.

hi m using a nokia 920 ,i have 2 of dem , one device got a update on the 4th oct for apx 520 mb and my other device did not get the update yet , i called the cust care and they informed me i should get it soon as the updates are launched acording the imei number ,.can anu one pls let me know wat is the exact issue ,, thanks regards

please iam comparing this phone with note 2 and s3 Samsung im very confused but i think android more stable in mobile software's which is better i think lumia 920 is cheaper than note2 but more expensive than s3 i didnt find alot of people bought it in egypt but alot have s3 and note2 and they liked them please advice
