how can I have my Nokia Lumia 920 use the 4G network. I was told that it should be able to use the 4G network but it is telling me the maximum it can go is 3G. Need help in that direction.

i did not regret having my lumia 920. very useful.. easy to use... handy... elegant... classic modernize gadget... name it... has it... thumbs up!

Please let the Nokia care centre (in your Country) act on your demand or you may send your complaints (an e-mail) to Nokia ....as many e-mails as you can...this may get you some justice.
I know these care centres are somewhat funny...I had to lose a Nokia E7 for some mismanagement from some incompetent service man who could not accept the fact that he could not repair a device which needs industrial assembly after opening it...

mohit, 27 Sep 2013check 'job sheet status enquiry'. Not only their service is poor in India, they charge ridiculously if you phone is out of warranty, 3.5 mm audio jack usually by foxconn which only cost few rupees nokia care charged me 1200 inr, nokia care in India is bullshit, all nokia cares are under contract and they even don't have competent technicians, they don't even know how to properly pack the phone after repair, phone presents clear signs that it has been repaired.
