Its ver... moreDoes your screen guard covers the proximity sensor, if yes remove some part of it to make the proximity sensor work properly, and its a real big phone, you must ensure the proximity sensor is covered by your ear or head, you can check sensor by making call on any other number and wave your hand above sensor (its above N of nokia), display must turn off.

Already the camera features of this phone have been praised by so many, so I won't delve into it anymore. I just love my Nokia Lumia 920. During a tour to Europe, the phone became my guide and it helped me navigate the Amsterdam tram system, Paris Metro subways, Lucerne and Innsbruck streets and the vias of Italy. The phone's accurate GPS, coupled with the superb Nokia Maps has pointed me to the right place without fail.

Then, I begun to experiment with an LTE sim card and again, the Nokia Lumia 920 surprised me pleasantly. I get internet download speeds of between 17 to 19 Mbps and upload speeds of between 10 to 12 Mbps. With its tethering capability, my buddies could surf along with me. They were all amazed and expressed a burning desire to own this excellent smartphone.

[deleted post]I had the same problem. I saw turning gear wheels which didn't go away.
I had the simcard removed. What I did to solve the issue was the following.
                          1. I entered my simcard in the phone.
                          2. I connected my phone on the charger.
                          3. I pushed the power on/off button and the volume down button stimultaniously for a couple of seconds till it starts vibrate and reboot.
                          4. I waited and eventually the phone asked for my pin number. When I entered my pin, the phone booted up automatically, from the beginning.
All settings were restored to the factory settings.

I hope it will help you. It's a common issue.

People of WP, please do not give up on your Nokia as Stephen elop didn't either. Without your support Nokia would definitely die. Support Nokia's decision, because they know their financial state more than anyone. Im Korean and i loved Samsung however, i don't like android and i fell in love with Nokia and WP. So i got myself a Nokia lumia 925. I saw the potential in Nokia. Please people lets beat the Sony fan boys by supporting our saviour Nokia!

Of course i too feel bad that Nokia is sold, but we should realise that Nokia as a whole was going under. With the giant Microsoft, will all Nokia facilities and of its own and with a new CEO Nokia phones would come up NO.1 in the world. Already Lumias are considered better than others. Of course I am a Nokia favourite since simplicity, I wish NOKIA EMERGE AS NUMBER ONE again. Microsoft has the ability but depends on who is on the driving seat.
