Even the wmv format will suppotmrt on lumia 920,bt its saying that your phone cant open this file,y its saying like this??,some time audio songs are also playing,then its saying like that only

You can't send prerecorded audio and video files with WhatsApp or any other social networking apps. And also can't able to save recived audio video files in this applications. You can't record your calls. Its restricted. You can't download video natively. You can't upload document files PDF to any site. You can't zoom while recording video. You can't send multiple audio files with Bluetooth. And lot more restrictions and limitations. Windows phone OS sucks

This phone is great for someone who doesn't mind a low range of apps that other big name phones have like IPhone's or Android. I have been waiting a very long time for the Instagram app to be available, and at this point I'm not so sure we will get the app. Also this phone does not have the Vine app and a couple others. Now the phone does have a free facebook app but many others that are usually free for other phones are for some reason not free in this app store. Youtube is an example, you get a free trial but after that ends, you must buy full version, same with the game everyone knows, angry birds! All in All the only thing disappointing about this phone is the app store if you are an app junky like myself.

AnonD-29333, 31 Jul 2013thanks adrian, then i'll put it in flight mode when chargingEverytime when my phone is turned off, and I start charging, it turns on again and asking my pin. That is annoying, sometimes I just leave my phone charging, and when I come back I see it's still asking for my pin. Maybe there's a way in settings to always keep your phone turned off while charging, but I don't know about that. Help is always welcome.

If the battery is completely drained, it charges till there's enough power to turn it on and it will start automatically. I experienced it more times, can be annoyong but it's not a big deal I think.

I love this phone it is amazing, honestly it was going to replace my net book! a phone that can replace a netbook for school is just amazing! BUT...then came across a problem... only 12 days of use i was on facebook, it froze then after 5 minutes it shut off and would not turn back on. I looked this up, it's a problem from Nokia's software (Nokia said this to this person), someone had even wiped his whole device clean and had Nokia reinstall everything, next day it shut off again... So after 12 days of use here's a complete breakdown:
It's an amazing phone
Runs very quick
Very smooth interface
lets you create documents from office (Amazing!)
lets you go back to your previous task very quickly
Camera is very good
4G LTE internet (very fast)
BUT none of it matters because it will break down on you!
If you still have time RETURN IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Great device!! I'm proud to own my Lumia 920. Pics are just awesome. There are some apps missing like Waze or Instagram, but Here Drive and Instance do a very good job.
