You dont make navigating easier by hiding what you have. IN windows phone 8 you have 2 screen only two not 3 not 4 and no hidden menus like ios and android that is why nwindows phone is superior. Yes there are still some functionality in the os that isnt there. But ifad i remember correctly android was out 4 years before it had the features that windows phone has it is already ahead of the curve. Android is 6 years old windows phone is only 2.5 years old it is more advance for the amount of time it has been out. If Microsoft still pushes to make it better it will outperform ios and android very shortly.

That why Nokia went with Windows and not Android. Even developers of Android think that Windows is far ahead as a OS then Android. Only the consumer current does not know this and iOS is even more primitive then Android.

Nokia making great camera. see, Nokia is more on people less apps, they want you to feel great when you are capturing photos of your friends and love ones, isnt its amazing? rather than focusing on apps like launcher lol

anonymous, 23 May 2013why nokia did not use android os on their smartphones? pl... morebecause android lags. you need quad core cpu in order to run it smoothly. and the updates are poor. only the high end recieve updates. and oh, some mid range receives update too. but it will just make their phone slow as turtle. i have android phone.I experienced it. Im switching to wp8 soon. I have apps in my phone. but i realize most of the time i dont use it. i just installed for the sake that hey i have apps lol.

Nokia has everything what human needs.
If you want 4/8 core just to show you friend or be fancy than go and buy phone which have what you want.
I like photography, this phone has the best camera (exept 808, but I have SLR) and probybly go for 925 or 920.

dont know why nokia is focusing on windows phone.even nokia is aware that they have lost the battle with andriod OS,then even nokia isnt changing thier plateform.am using lumia 900 and comparing to s2 its far away in the battle of modern necessities like face book,bt connectivity is utmost worst,app.market has no better app like android offers..so nokia is gone if nokia willnt change its os asap..

i just dnt understand why lumia 925 is released...Is Nokia Now concentrating on its Camera or Phone? I admit Nokia's hardware is Awesome...perfect,compaq & elegant...if there no softwares to use those hardware...then its better to Stop production

Can anyone please confirm, does the 925 support direct sync with Outlook via USB? If so then we may seriously consider purchasing the Nokia 925 when available. In the past we have submitted a justifiable business case to Microsoft as to the reason why this feature is needed - but Microsoft are not listening. I know so many business people who would switch to MS Phone 8 if Microsoft reinstated this feature rather than forcing people onto Skydrive. And yes we are aware of other offerings from Microsoft - but they are not always cost effective.

And if Nokia and microsoft will keep their promise. all of their wp8 range like from Lumia 5209 to Lumia 920 will support same update untill the given date ei june 2014. unlike android. only the high end and mid range are upgradable. those low end should buy a new phone in order to experience the latest update

Nokia is in the right track with Microsoft. Its just a matter of time. Nokia have financial problem thats why they put their trust in Microsoft. which is one of the largest software company in the industry.
If you are in the place of Nokia having financial problem. would you go to something that is still new or go with something that is already tested in the industry.
Of course you would go with a company thats already there for many years.
and Bill gates, the owner of Microsoft just earned the top spot of becoming the richest man on earth with $72B
and im sure he will not let his Baby wp8 to lose on in its own market. im sure he would not mind spending a hundreds of millions to make it better. that means a strong future.

I am fully satisfied with the nokia market place, I had an Android and from your 600k playstore apps; 300k are apps joke... or I lie?. I don't know for what the f#$% did you say about apps when you only need 10 apps your daily day.
