Have trandfered my SIM-only contract sim for my existing phone, in which it's working fine, into my new (2nd hand) Lumia 925, however 'No service'. Has aybody replied to you?

All contacts are hidden on my Lumia 625 phone. Not a good thing.

Had the 925.1 since release and it's been the best phone I've ever had. Having problems with glithching recently after dropping it down the pan, but still doing a job. Cheers for the tip JayV, it sorts it every time.
Shame the new Nokias don't seem to be as good.

HK, 07 Apr 2017Hi, I am in so love with this phone that I cant to live wit... moreI think key combination for softboot is Volume down+Power Key.. try that. My power button has stopped working so I have found a way to open back cover by inserting something in headphone jack and pushing it back( removes cover slightly and then carefully the full cover)...so I remove battery connection and fix it again...works for me.... if not possible ...u try with some repair center.. good luck
