Its been now more than a year, I got this 925. Trust me, if you haven't messed up updates (dev preview and lumia cyan) then this phone is such a darling. I agree a little heat due to its single casing. But that is not a problem. it just works fine and normal.Heating prob. (which u call) is a issue with single casing phones. But that never ever hampered the performance of my little computer. It is a must by phone. the camera and the display quality is unbeatable. if you don't trust me then rush to any store and get hands on a dummy model. the camera is beyond imagination. i would suggest you to at least try the dummy before listening to anyone. (including me)
Note- if you are facing any issues with any of your nokia device just hard reset it once so that all the things are cleared and reloaded fresh. the easiest method is to download nokia recovery tool and let it do everything for you.
P.S- Dont forget to create a backup.

It's a worst phone, in such a high price. The best lumia is 920.

I'm using lunia 925 for atist 8months now and I've only this issue, heating and battery drain. All others are awesome. I'm looking to get rid out of it. If this soft restart issue solve the problem then it will great. Pls comment.

im using lumia 925. It is really superb but the only f**king problem is heat. AFter updated W8.1, it is strucking sometimes. Kindly give some resolution for this..

Manish, 01 Oct 2014Hi all..I am using 925 from almost 10 months..i have a heat... moreyeah mine gets heated often like as if i took it out from an oven! battery life sucks too.. it hardly withstands for 7-8 hrs! battery gets drained 8-10% in idle state for an hour. nothing could be done for increasing battery life uh? :(

I guys after updating my phone to windows 8.1 cyln my phone battery is draining withing 3 hour 100% to 0%

Hi all..I am using 925 from almost 10 months..i have a heating prob on top of the back side....sometimes it get heatied automatically without doing anything, as if I have kept some heating element in my pocket!!PLease tell me what to do??Even I am getting one black spot in the centre of the screen ,but that is only visisble at night adn that too when screen light is switvhed off!!..Please suggest me soem thing.

I had read about it in the wpcentral forum buddy..I did it and now my phone doesn't get overheated up like before and about the battery, it has increased 10%.

Will comment later about this. :-)

I am using this past one year i really disappointed with this phone even Windows OS 8.0 also. In that lot basic things not available Eg. If I want wright reply e-mail with some attachments documents I am not able to attached even no option also, next I copy some PDF file from laptop to Windows 925 phone I am not able to see that. Like this we say lot of problem. Before this I was used Android in that we do as we wish

Before i used n8 for 3 yr. video playback quality was stunning and sharp. Nokia specifies display as HD+ but, playback quality is poor. It's shame on nokia.
