after 3 months of usage I can say I'm very satisfied, Battery works just like any other phone and could be slightly better.
the camera is not what I really expected but I'm not that much of a camera guy anyway. try not to drop it because the aluminum frame could get scratched.
I say get this phone, it's the best windowsphone out there

u can just long press the next song button and it starts sliding fast and thats the way you can forward any song in wp

I think there is no relation between the software updating and the camera performance , Camera is HARDWARE and the 8.1 is the Software - and the also the music player is very bad I can't move across the song I have to listen to it from the very beginning to the very end

bro ..you have to update it to the 8.1 preview ..all this problems gone with me..battery is amazing now like my previous lumia 720 ..and camera is just perfect at night ..before it had that yellowish color but now like i said perfect.

I just bought Lumia 925
I bought it for the camera
But I was disappointed when I used it for the first time
It's a very bad quality and the photos at night is very bad it has a lot of Pixels as It taken with VGA camera
And the flash makes the photos yellowish ...
Is this normal - or something wrong with my device ?

Your problem is not normal.

I bought my Lumia 925 on Jan 18, 2014 in India. Initial few days it was good. I like the phones slim and look and camera was very good. After few days, heating problem and battery draining problem started - I dont play games at all. I use only 2G network - I use camera occasionally - When I browse or use watsapp application even for 20 mins, it starts heating its not warm it is heating. I went to customer care here - when I showed the customer care the heating pbm which occured in 15 mins of use - they showed their old Lumia phone after playing games and told even if it gets heated up to this extent nothing will happen to you - they made to buy a cover which will help me not to feel the heat.
I am facing battery draining problem - normally 9% battery down in 20 mins; sometimes 45% down in 45 mins. Heating problem/battery draining problem happens when I use camera/internet related services (like whatsapp, browsing) for 20+ mins. My software is updated.
Nokia Customer care here says its a product design and does not hear us at all. I tried multiple attempts to talk with them; but not useful.
