Lumia 925 looks good but am having difficulty connecting to internet after several trials yet no way. How will I sort it out so that I can connect to internet. Thanks

Nokia 925 looks beautiful, whoever sees it likes it, however, all that glitters is not gold, Nokia lumia 925 glitters, expensive, but its durability is very poor, it may suddenly die and will not wake up on or before two years. It was a waste of asset purchasing it

Spent hours on tech line and they had me hold the down volume key and the power key for 15 seconds and then release and not touch for 20 ,minutes. That allowed wifi again.
