I am still too skeptic towards Windows Phone 8 OS and I am afraid to switch platforms. Event though my Sony Xperia P is laggay, still switching from Android to Windows is a hard decision and I will take some time to think about. Hardware on Nokia 925 is great but OS gives me second thoughts and price of Nokia 925 is higher than Samsung Galaxy S4 mini.

Hi 925 users, have some doubts about this cell. I've heard that lumias doesnt have file manager. So does it affect the convenience of the user ?? & I've also heard that whatsapp works too slow in lumias. It takes more than sufficient time to open the whatsapp application & also have some problems for saving & sharing the whatsapp videos. Please clear my doubts as soon as possible as m planning to purchase 925 in couple of days. Thanks in advance..

The OS is very very fluid and never lags, its a good platform which Nokia has improved a lot by filling in the gaps with its Amber update...
By my personal judgement WP8 phones are as much as 50% more efficient in their battery use as compared to Android. Hence non removable battery will not be a deterrent for you at all as 925 will very easily get thru one day...
In pros there is a lot more stuff like Nokia Music, their amazing camera filters, people hub, etc...
As for apps, Im a migrant from IOS to Android to Windows and a power user of smartphones, I don't feel much is missing... instead of official youtube app you'll get stuff like Metrotube which is in fact better...

I thought that WP8 OS will be even better than a very perfect Android! I was so wrong!
I will return this JUNK back to T-Mobile store tomorrow! Question to NOKIA: What the hell is wrong with you to choose this OS?!!!!
CONS:
~Horrible, confusing, dark colored and with poor graphics user interface/menus
~Horrible choise of two depressing Themes
~Desktop customization is horrible
~Contacts easy of use and interface are both horrible!
~Text Messaging interface is Horrible!
People: I'm serious! If you don't believe me, buy any Windows phone and you will see for yourself!

I am planning to buy Nokia Lumia 925 or Samsung Galaxy S4 mini. I am using Sony Xperia P which is to laggy. Problem with Nokia devices is OS. It is Windows and I just cannot imagine myself using Microsoft software and hardware (Nokia doesn't exist from today at least Nokia I use to know). I have tested device in store and built quality is great but OS is different story. OS feels to awkward.

Better built quality
Camera
CONS:
Windows OS
Microsoft
Non user removable battery
Questionable applications (You tube not working properly)
SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 MINI pros and cons vs Nokia 925:

CONS:
Camera on Nokia 925 is better
Plastic built

Dont buy Windows 8 phones as you cant download apps more than 50 MB using Data Allowances...you can do that only using Wifi...What a Shame.
