I have had this phone since February 2010...
Since/while using the phone, I have experienced severe headaches and a feeling that radiation(?) is moving through my head and hands. Also, while the phone is in my purse, it attracts any metal object.
I have a BlackBerry as well, and rarely use that phone (Nokia Mural)... I have had to re-direct all my call to that number to my BlackBerry.
Does anyone else experience this, while using the Mural?

Here is what I wrote to Nokia today:
A few months ago, I inquired to your technical support about the capabilities/limitations in regards to your Nokia Mural and probabilities of firmware updates. Initially, I was very excited to receive the handset due to it's beautiful design. However, I soon became concerned due to it's limited abilities the phone provides compared to my older 3 year old Sony/Ericsson. Then, your group failed to reply to my questions, though I continued to use your phone. But today, my device broke only after 3 months of usage due to a simple matter, the battery running out and can't recharge anymore. I am actually very happy now since I have asserted your failure on the engineering of this device, and will no longer consider purchasing another product from your company ever again... even though this is my third handset over the years from your company. Also, no longer will I contribute to your company stock. I am relieved that I do not use Nokia for all that matters.
Cheers,

I ordered the Nokia Mural thinking I was upgrading my old Blackjack II...not true! When the Mural came, the headphone jack didn't work: it didnt even register! Next, my microSD card repeatedly "was not available," losing my wallpaper and ringtone. Thirdly, when I pushed the camera button, it also "was not available," making me restart the phone to use the camera! Also, the media buttons (play, etc) on the outside of the phone continually go off when the phone gets bumped in your pocket. The only way I have found to avoid this is by clearing the "Now Playing list." Big Pain!! I tried to activate a security pin number to my phone, but when I typed in my code, it repeatedly told me that it was incorrect; this required me to call At&t to get the PUK code (this happened multiple times). However, I called At&t and they were great about every situation. They credited my account with plenty of money to get the kind of phone that I would be satisfied with. Stick with At&t; NOT the Nokia Mural.

This phone is OK. I prefer a flip phone because the earpiece is at your ear and the mouthpiece is at your mouth. It feel like I'm talking into a phone, not a bar of soap. Plus people hear you better when the mouthpiece is actually at your mouth. I don't like that you cannot swith to speaker phone until you actually get connected to the party your calling. This is an inconvenience when using handsfree while driving.
