i have acquired my symbian phone last week, it was the music edition of Nokia N70. it is a fantastic phone indeed. the only question before this fone is "why can't i download music and video clips using this html site "http://smartsurf.ph/browse?wapamp.com/users7/0eagleman/links.php", even though i already have the GPRS setting w/c was sent to me by the service provider (Smart) and which i saved as the default access point. does it represent the difference between a symbian from a non-symbian fone? because using a non-symbian phone it's easy to download in the site stated above. yes i am able to enter the homepage of such site using N70 but when i try to download for ex. MP3 and video clips a statement "Requested entity too large" always appears. what will i do?? my classmate told me that i must install FGET application, i don't know the purpose of installing such application but i did install it. i followed his instructions, using FGET application, i select option using N70, then choose new download then w/o offset then type the bookmard that should be encoded to be followed by these characters (;_mscpcdl=mscp) then ok and then i marked all that must be marked and then click the download dir: and choose E: and then ok. i thought i'll be able to download an MP3 or a video clip after installing the FGET, but it was a false thought, when i attempted to download under the same html site the statement "Unknown Host" always appears. i don't know wht to do. pls. help me. i don't know what's wrong, do i need to install another symbian application in able to me to download my desired MP3 and videoclips and what application will i install? tnx.

I own both fones n i must say N70. Becos it can do 1001 things thanks to its symbian.

just go to your profile menu, there u can change anything you want. Just select ur active profile and personalized it

its not for formating.. it is only to restore the original phone setting...
formatting uses a software..

i jst bot an N70 a week back.nice phone,but poor loudspeakers.also i could nt find jst how to adjust its ringing volume,or turn it 2 vibrator mode.co'nt manage much frm user guide.over to other N70 users

Did you do that actually to n70? I tried that *#7370# to my n70 before but it did not worked. It was just resseted to default factory settings. Do you know some other way of doing it?

look just typr "*#7370#" and ur phone will ask u abt security code, type ur security code, default code of nokia is 12345, restart the phone and ur fone will b formatted

try to purchase a new battery.. mostly in that case the battery is the problem.. i'm sure after you have replaced the battery your phone will be back to normal..

hi my friends ihave n70 mobile for 8 month it was kool i never hade a problem with it .but these days my phone is finishing the charge in 1 hour i dont know why and i charge it more then 5 hour and never says full charge pls help

Below some troubles are making me angry with this phone.
1.memory problem.
2.camera clarity.
3.too much slow
4.atomaticly hanging.
5.showing memory error,even thogh the memory still enough space to save files.(more than 1/2 GB
2008 jan i have purchasde with good hopes.
but now i am thinking to sale.
in my future i will never ever purchase nokia phones.

Yes, I love this one so much (N70) and I'm using N70 Music Edition. It does not matter for me and I have used it for more than one year already. Now, I'm thinking to change to new series but I don know what to choose that is better than this one. Just I think its camera is not so clear for me......
