wonderfull phone, fiew comments on what people downsize this phone with:
freezing up: less than my laptop, so i'm happy
it's a hunchback, larger than other smartphones: that hump is infact comfortable to hold, giving it a nice round grip.
it's big and bulky: no more than the old popular 3330. many more features though.
loudspeaker not loud for busy streets: why the flip does one need to play in busy streets?
I was gonna buy the 6681, but this is far better for an extra 50 bucks. just the better camera and FM radio makes it more than worth it. Yes, music version does come with 1gb card, but you can buy it for the normal version just as easily. the black colour is nice though.

Yes, you can make your pictures, videos and other stuff hidden by using any advanced file managers like SeleQ or Fexplorer. Just explore the right path of the file that you like to make invisible, select properties from the option, look for the "Hidden" attribute and turn it on..

n70 is so great it is even better than the k800. k800 may boast 3.2 mp camera but still the n70 performs better overall.

someone advised here that we could hide pics and videos by using SELEQ 8.1. but i tried it and DID NOT WORK. Haay... :(

To those asking about the differences bet. the n70 and the n70 music edition:
They're the same - other than a few cosmetic changes, and the size of the accompanying memory card (64mb and 1 gb respectively).
Please take a few minutes and read the opinions already posted here before duplicating questions ad nauseum...

daveyboy - the n70 takes pictures and shoots video. i hope you're making an informed buyer's choice when going in for the n70 and not just rushing in without even knowing the feature set. check out the review on the main n70 page titled 'Nokia N70 review: Universal Fighter) - its right under the picture of the n70 ;)

To those who keep asking if adding a memory card (128/256/512mb to 1gb) would slow down your phone - the answer is NO!
What slows down your phone is installing all those games/ring-tones/applications etc on the phone memory rather than utilising the memory card.

i have an n73 and my girlfriend has an n70 and i tell you the n70 is still great. it is one of the greatest phones by nokia. after about a year in the market, the n70 is still great and still is loaded with lots of features. it is still a highly recommended phone.
