Anyone can answer my question: From GSMArena review on Nokia N70, the 'Main disadvantages list, it says "Old cons have been left unsolved"... means what? What are the old cons?

the carphonewarehouse has a sale on, the memory cards are 25% off, not much but better than usual. I got the 256MB card for £22.50, usualy £30. the internet is cheaper still but i dont like buying online, ive had a bad experiance, hope that helps.

Saw the phone a while back and really liked the look off it...so waited and got it on voda phone....the phone is really good like everyone has said it is abit slow but the other things make up for it...the camera is excellent i have a k750i too and the quality on the n70 is alot better......
does anyone know where to get a cheap but good memory card for the n70 for please cos i have too much stuff on the phone need a bigger memory card.......
in answer to Zealblood yes you can lock the phone using a code.. you go on settings..then security..then phone and sim...then autolock period to what you want then change the lock code to what you want the default one is 12345........
i would advied anyone to get this phone...

Will any1 tell me if we can lock the keypad of the N70 with a Security code or not... PLZ PLZ PLZ.. Will be waiting for a reply.

symantec has a firewall option..if u set the firewall in high yo cant install any sis file..if u are sure about the app youre installingjust turn it off and turn it ON after you install it :)

Fixe the problems by updating the software. Worked for me. Love this phone! Yay!
The ringtones are great - play's mp3's. The sound quality is good with earphones, but without it's not too good. But it IS a phone. It's made for making calls.

Great Phone(N70), so far i never face any problem on it, the phone work prefectly. anyone of you if really face problem on it better update your software version, thanks!

Asolutely wonderfull. If you purchase a phone with nokia firmrare varsions and not enything else the phone has no problems. Camera is batter as compared to K750i since I try it on the same enviroment an N70 has much better picture quality that K750i. Sound quality is perfect althought it doesn't have equalizer. Yes it is a bit slow but i thing this will be fixed in the future with new firmware versions.

another problem i faced is that the symantec antivirus which is installed on the phone prevents me from installing .sis applications for security reasons. However it allows the installation of java games what can i do about that?

Well a problem that i find annoying is that when you slide down the camera cover the camera opens automatically even if you lock the phone

this is the foolest phone i ever have!!
Phone with too many problems on it......
PLS, DO NOT BUY IT, DON'T EVEN THINK TO BUY IT..........

a big brick with slow reaction speed and bad camera compared to the se k750i the best phone out.
