why did they make the slide cover in the back? i think it ruins the whole phone

Had my N70 for about a week, great phone, but today, for some unexplained reason, my multimedia key has just stopped working, anyone else had this problem? I've tried taking the battery out etc, but not a hard restart yet.

Hi there Kyle 2! We could very well be twins! Well the battery life as specified for the BL-5C is 4-5days of stand bye time and 2-4 hrs of talktime but that all depends obviously on ur usage of the phone! If 3G is used a lot more power will be consumed. As for the volume, the phones navigation key functions as the volume keys aswell, during mp3 playback or during a call simply push the navigator to the left or right for respective up or down of the volume! hi guys, i did something really stupid, i uploaded some games i got from my yahoo group into my n70 and now it restarts about every after 3 minutes! i tried everything. i reformatted both my phone and my memory card but the problem is still there! anyone, please help me! is it a hardware problem? please HELP ME!

To adjust the volume, just use the left and right nevigation buttons. left is to decrease and right is to increase, all symbian60 nokia phones are like this, have a nice day, anything e mail me at llamtk@hotmail.com

this phone is the best ,it has an mp3 player,radio,2mp camera,symbian software memory card slot and bluetooth,i cant wait to buy it .if anyone finds a fault or a problem pls let me know

my fellow Kyle, whats the battery life like. i noticed that their are no side volume buttons, how do u adjust the volume of the radio of MP3's.

If you download the patch your N70 will not have anymore problems with the ringing, I got my patch from Nokia Support website

Haha, to everyone,
if u want to off the shutter sound, simply off the WARNING TONE in any profile and there, you shutter sound is gone, bit make sure that the profile is activated. haha, have a nice day, anything, e mail me at llamtk@hotmail.com

RING PROBLEM...hey same problem here, whenever u shuffle your profiles, the phone doesnt ring, i noticed that if you 'silence' the phone when somebody calls, this problem arises, i might be wrong, this is just observation

The Nokia N70 can use mp3's as ringtones! As for the software gltches, that is expected with all new phones on the ,market as the first version of software is nusually a test run and is then further improved with upgrades. As long as you use it sensibly and upgrade it all the time you should have no problem! It's like using a computer as the older your installation the more prone to failure and viruses it is! By the way I know how to remove Comwarrior and Cabir variants of virus, ask me how by e-mailing me or leaving me a message here!

I want this phone really badd... but im worried about all the complaints about the glitches.. im scared to gamble. its alot of money.. Im comparing it to the series 40 Nokia 6270..

No wonder this phone rocks,and No wonder SONYEIRCSSON rocks to.
both are perfect and both works as good as everybody has expected them to work or be,though i am getting the W800i because of its better pics and few more other features,surely I-MATE,SONYERICSSON,NOKIA are the best kinds of phones to buy,got nothing to say BUT way to go to these 3 companies,and for SONY LOL (LIKE NO OTHE!)
