People are saying stuff like - oh wait for the n80 or other upcoming models, that's all very well but by the time those phones come out the same people will be saying oh wait until this even better model comes out in 3 - 6 months and so on and so on.

There will always be better models that come out as time goes on but i think you gotta just pick a good solid phone like n70 and not worry what is out in half a year.

I've had my N70 for one week. I'm having problems. I have a 6680 but on my n70, everytime I turn off the phone the time and date resets. I don't have memory problems. I have 512mb. Does anyone know the solution for this? Need a firmware upgrade? I have v 2.0536.0.2

Oh man.. Been waiting for the price to go down in M1 shops throughout Singapore and now you know what?! N70 is COMPLETELY out of stock in all M1 shops.

I reserved for the N70 in the M1shop and i am the 56th person to register there but worldwide, I could be the 1200th person on the waiting list. I hope that there will be more arrival of N70 phone in my country man..

Waited 3 long weeks and yet phone is out of stock. I think, starhub and singtel also dun have any stock. Its better to buy from these shops cos you get guarantee and all. If you buy outside or on the net, you confirm will get ripped off by some of its functions inside or etc.

            Dear All,

Had my N70 since first launch abt 3weeks ago, its confirmed the internal is only 22mb not 35mb. Am using Kingston 512 rs dv mmc, no problems at all, currently the highest on the market. Anyone knows how high the mmc card can go for this phone. Ask nokia, but noone knows :( Nokia website also confirmed it as 22mb not 35mb. Anyway, u can switch all saved data to mmc even for messages so no worries on memory on the phone. 22mb is fine double that of 6680.

Best NOKIA Symbian (or for any other Symbian) mobile that you can buy. It is our best seller (by far) in Soundtech Cyprus as NOKIA N70 has everything that you can possibly need nowadays. Not only 3G, FM radio, MP3, 2MP etc. it has an excellent price and it is frustrating to buy a Nokia 6680 and have NO FM RADIO!!

                  To Minchu,

Would i be correct in saying you lose some of the internal memory from the pre installed apps plus the operating system. That what i think anyway.

Hello, I decided to take the plunge and bought the N70 and retired my 6630. I'm not at all disappointed. I was very concerned that the N70 would be much slower than the 6630. But no such problems. The camera takes a while to start, and the video on the screen (when I'm shooting a video or still) is a bit jerky like the old 6600 used to be. Other than that, the phone is really fast.I transferred all my 682 contacts from my 6630 via Bluetooth, and the contacts screen still comes up just as fast as it did in the 6630. Shots with the camera are really good, and the sound quality of calls is just as good as the 6630. The music player is better than the 6630, and I feel the sound quality, esp. bass response is a little better now. The phone has Opera pre-installed, and that itself is a real treat. Browsing speeds feel faster than the 6630 (on the phone interface). Haven't tried it with my notebook yet. I bought the silver/black colour. The champage coulor did not look good at all. Paid about $552(USD) for it. I'm very satisfied overall. :-)

This phone is awesome and I have heard a lot of great remarks about it. It defiantly portrays serious look although can be a lot of fun. It has got excellent features and it is know to be the smallest 2MP Symbian 60 phone. I want to buy this phone, yet the Nokia 3250 is my other option. A bonus is the internal memory of 35 MB, front VGA camera, and the camera flash with slide cover. What would you guys say about the decision on buying this phone? Shall I just wait to buy the Nokia 3250 because it’s got a revolutionary design or stick to the N70??? Help…

Hi. I'm from the Philippines and I just got my N70 yesterday. It was priced at around $500 but I traded-in my 6230i and just paid $300. I've been tinkering with it since and I still keep on discovering new stuff. It's a serious phone but can be load's of fun as well. With all the stuff I've been loading onto it, I think I'd better be getting a bigger MMC. It's sort of like a combinatin of my previous 6600 and 6230i, two of the best ones I've so far had. Can anyone share where I can download more applications for the N70? Many thanks!

Hello, I'm thinking of upgrading from my 6630 to the N70. Any other 6630 user here who has upgraded to N70? Is the phone much slower than the 6630? Is the upgrade really worth it? (Except for the better camera of course). I was wondering if I shud upgrade now, or wait for the N80.

                                    For music:
N70 has quite good sound quality for earphones. Bass is quite strong.
                                    To those who have bought:
Have any of you tried to open email attachments in ur N70? I tried it. But it just jumps to the menu!! If possible, could you guys try? thnx...

If you are such a big music fan, then i guess SE K750i would be just for you. If you like smart phones then Nokia N70 is better choice. It all depends what you are looking for.....My opinion is N 70 is better phone.

N70 is a 5star to me.. Yes, it normally has its pros and cons to any model available, right? What makes this N70 unique is, it is made from the leading brand of all mobile phones, haha. And lastly, it's features makes my day even brighter... I have been waiting for this phone for a longer period of time and now I have it in my hand, I thanked myself that I did not buy SE W800i because of the absence of symbian features... But well, to those people undecided yet, please review everything and evaluate....
