N70 price range bet. $600-650. That's why black market sell high bec. if something wrong with the phone they have few bucks to repair or shipping etc..so its really a hassle, while buying in nokia store you can see the real item in your hand and test the phone before buying. Buy wise my friend.

Do USA buyers have any kind of warranty with this? ImportGSM.com in the USA says that this comes with a 1 year warranty, but I thought this was a European phone! I'm a little hesitant to spend $800 on a phone without a little insurance!

I don't think I would mind getting this phone on black market given the quality is indifference from the official releases even though there is no warranty attached to the phone. I am not sure about the situation in other countries. At least in OZ, we only get 1 year warranty for a new phone...so what difference would that make when the warranty expires?

Black market sell N70 faster than Nokia store. Nokia store will take 1.5mos before they sell it even if they they claim they to start shippingthe product. While, Black market can get the unit faster but they dont have the warranty is something happened to your phone.

howvere, if you have come across this website, they claimed that this fone hasa lousy joystick. but, i dun really believe it..Doesn't matter anyway...I just wanna change my nokia 6230....

it sounds good,no other phone has such a feature in one single thing but this phone is purely extradinary and thier is no camparission to this angel.i will rate this phone has number one in the cell market and one thing is that nokia will not upset thier fans who are waiting for this gorgeous piece .first impression is the last so we will all wish that first batch of this phone will have no problem and it should overcome all of thier previous reviews .

This phone will officially be available in Turkey at the end of November (according to Nokia Turkey). However, you can get it online by this Thursday at www.myworldphone.com and register it under your name before the new law related to the cell phone IMEI numbers gets in force.

hello! nokia, like every one knows, it's the best, but it's better to wait for a review of a selling model. all first nokia shipments get some bad things..i think i'll wait some time.i buyed nokia 6600 in the day that arrive, and boy that was a hell of a mess that software..

is there any fundamental difference between the vanilla device and the vodafone live branded device. Will u still be able to access Vodafone's Football highlights and other 3G videos with the vanilla device. thanks

i am very great of nokia phones since from 1996,my first phone is n2110,then n8110,5100,8250,6110,6600,7610,6670,6630 now i using 6680 i have booked n70 from the day they have announced and i am sure that this n70 will rule the cell market b'coz this phone has everything than the exepectations no other phone is nearer in technology when compare to this.I wish this phone will be very succesfull,
