The N70 looks really good. And its size is ok, as well. As for its more relevant tech spex: a 2MP camera, a newER version of Symbian 8 (I think), and its 3G capabilities make this phone downright awesome. I wonder why the FCC hasn't approved them yet.

Camera is good, but the talktime is a poor 3.5 Hrs. Thats too low for a high end phone like this.

I am using the 6680, other that the fantastic looking keypad lighting in the dark, everyting about the phone sucks!!! And i'm about to try the N70 out considering Nokia added a very important feature in the phone "RADIO".
Whether its a clone, i personally feel Nokia may seriously want to input a better & more stable version of Symbian in this N70 phone coz the one in the 6680 is terrible, fancy getting "kicked" out occasionally when trying to access a program or better still it states something like "phone memory is full, please close some programs" what is this?????
N70 please don't let me down considering i've switched from SE700i to N6680 & its a let down. But i will still give this N70 a try before I may seriously quit on Nokia phones like i previously did.
So before anyone says its a stupid clone think again, no phone manufacturer will clone a phone. a clone means "IDENTICAL" well the N70 does have many differences from the N6680 & i emphasize the radio function, so read the specs carefully.

i dont really need a great camera anyway.2mp..is fine...N70 has 3D engine...okayz fer gaming...

infra red may be useless for data transfers but it may be needed for the gadget work. for example iRremote software cannot work on these new phones.
but i like this phone. i hope they release a model without 3G like 6681 was to 6680. some users dont need 3G.

carphonewharehouse (UK) say this will be coming in december..
they are currently 'overbooked' with the 6680, so unless you reserved it *two months* ago, you have to wait - even the online shops are selling out fast!

When is it coming???I wana change my 3650 i dont like flip NOKIA it's weird...NOKIA in flip phone its like i have samsung...i wana get this...and it has everything...i'm not getting NOKIA without Memory card..it's cool if 7260 has memory card...come one blow it off

*actually this phone ain't that big it is small compared to other phones with less features than it. some phones smaller than this don't have as much features as this either. i agree that this might be the best pick of the three. the 4gb hdd on the nokia n91 can easily break if a slight file is corrupted and then the whole phone is messed up whereas if the phone took memory cards and a file got corrupted on the memory card then it will be a lot cheaper replacing a memory card compared to the hdd which is the whole phone practically. as for the nokia n90 that is an impressive phone also with the carl zeiss specs but i just don't like flip phones because the flip phones that my friends had all broke whereas when they had the normal shaped phones they never broke. also i don't like the thought of the twisting screen because i seen a phone with the twisting screen and when someone twisted the screen it snapped in two. even though nokia n70 doesn't have the 4gb hdd or the carl zeiss optics of the other two n series phones i feel more safe with the n70.*

Hey guys and gals. Just posting my opinion. out of everythin i have researched in the N series specs, The N91 does seem to better only due to the 4 gig which mainly will be used for downloading music onto, but come on people, you better off buying an MP3 player. The N70 is a good phone, and the main reason being is because it should be cheaper than the others firstly because its not got a 4 gig drive and secondly less technology is used compared to the N90 for its rotating head. a bad point about loads of flip phones alike is that they break easier like that. I would recomoend N70 for those reasons as the rest of the features are more of the same!!!

apparently.. i think its nice.. hmm.. i kinda like the functions too.. but one little thing i dont.. hmm.. guess wurt.. i just dont like it cuz its pwetty big compared to the other fons.. these days.. ppl dont realli like using huge fon.. thts y.. hope you guys will change it!

Why do you want an external antenna when it already has the built in antenna? Isn't it better for the antenna to be internal rather than being external.
An also if you already haf bluetooth, why you still need infrared whereas infrared you have to put the phone close together at both infrared port when you wanna use it whereas bluetooth you dont have to and bluetooth tranfer speed is way faster than infrared. This is just my opinion. Any of you guys agree with me?

All phone model like Nokia N90,91,70 & others hv special feature for individual needs, but for me, my choice is N70.( upgrade my phone 6630 )

what i meant was N91 not N90...they are both bad if you ask me... It'll be better if you look at the 7710, although there is no keypad.

n90 uses a HARD DISK..may i repeat...a HARD DISK! Anyone of you who are thinking of using that phone would be complete nutters - I'd be laughing out cr*pping when u all get 'corrupt files' due to it. Anyways...not a brick, have you actually seen it in real life?!? I'd rather carry around three communicators strapped with an iPod photo?!?

n91 is better than both then again though. the 4gb hdd makes up for the 160g in weight, 3.5mm headphone jack which means that you can hook any type of headphones into this, audio out which means that you can connect this phone to big massive speakers and play it loud maybe even if you have a car with good enough speakers you can do so aswell, wlan meaning faster networks even better than 3g - you can still use 3g and edge networks - so you can download movies and music on to the phone very fast and also fm radio recording. it still has all those features too like 2mp camera (no carl zeiss but still its a freakin music phone and the camera is bonus), symbian os (cool apps like emulation - the good old days like mortal kombat and other classics, high quality 3d games - including n gage games etc). i reckon this is an ipod mini killer. should be more fun than the n90 and the n70 with its 4gb hdd.

well... the N90 is way much better !
it is not a big brick like someone said !!! it has the most creative design and for the big parts a getting broke ... ppl U SHOULD READ B4 U TALK cuz it is too bad to look so stupid when u talk about something u dont know ..... the N90 is heavy cuz it contains strenthed alemenium to protect it from stupid ppl who buys a mobile to through it everywhere !
second no compareson between camera with the same old stupid CMOS lens from nokia with a carl zies optics ( GLASS PPLZ NOT PLASTIC ) with autofocus and micro mood for closeups + CIF video with big resolution and MPEG format.
thired read the specs ppl !!!! the N90 has a way much better screen !!!!
4TH i dont know why ppl commet about the design .... it is a personal pleasure and if u dont like something keep ur openion to urslef !!!!! but if u wanna talk about design ... pesonally i think N70 is SH*T and the N90 is a beauty :)
N90 is a whole different mobile than anything nokia ever produced .... in the same time this baby is just a stupid clone of the 6680 with usless upgrades

hey that is your opinion i think that n70 is good. so what, aliminium casing, the n91 and n70 have it too. keep our opinions to ourselves ? anyone has the right to express their opinions. you think you own this place ? the n90 is too big to some people you know. you like it. i like the n70. ok is that fair enough ? why complain ? it is only our opinions, right ? yes i have to admit that n90 has a better camera and a better screen. and how is the n70 a clone ?????????????????????? useless upgrades ? i think not. 2mp camera, fm radio, visual radio, more internal memory, lighter. so what nokia will bring out something better than the n90 shortly anyway and you'll be pissed if you have bought the n90 for a lot of money and there is something better than it. HA HA HA.
