first switch off ur phone
then hold dial key(green key) + star key (*) + 3 (number) at a time n turn on the power
a blank screen will apper n ur phone is hard reset nw...

The phone is good from the other ones which exist in market for one damn good reason that it has the effieciency to convert the memory card space into the backup for the phone memory whenever needed. Like for eg. my msg memory is unlimited and also my phone book entry.
I went to Micromax mobile and I was pissed that the Q2,Q3 etc dont have any good sounds in this memory conversion technology..Some said 300 Sms and some said 400 sms.. Now whats the use then by putting 16 GB card into ur mobile when it cant even store ur 1000 msgs.
Another good thing is its worth for money. No matter how much rough you use, this phone will rock..The music output is good and being a symbain OS u can get a lot of apps, tweaks etc.
Problems:
-LCD is very viable to damage as I had seen that after few times of fall the LCD turns up lines or turns bright white.
-Battery life is around 2 days if u dont use much. And around 15 hours if u use it like hell..
-OS is very secure. No bluetooh attacks.
-Operation is slow coz every individual application is very good but the overall integrity is not good. For ge. when I open "new txt msg", the screen would be nice to write..
And another thing, the keypad is very awesome. After 2 months, u can be very good in typing in it. The camera quality is just awesome in video recording. Like there are motion sensors and also editing features.
Another -ve point is that the headsets are bad coz the connectivity to mobile is not 3.5mm jack. Its quite complex one.
Repairable.?... Yes, go to any nokia store and u can get it repaired from Nokia Care.
Hangs..?.. Yes, phone hangs. Slow in operation.
PC support..?..Very good PC suoort through bluetooth, data cable.
2nd hand price estimated : 3000 Rs./-

its fantastic and antagonistic coz i have for almost four years to now, i real enjoy internet and video camera {3g} so its better to have this handset

I got one November 2006 and just replaced it today and it is in great working condition. Yep 3 years and running it was my faithful companion but its time to change. It performed as expected and has never given me any problems despite being dropped multiple times it had great functionality and never gave me and issues. Id get another one if need be.

bought it in 2005 for €400, was a cool phone then, and still is, too bad the battery doesnt keep up. in a good coverage area, and not using the phone at all i used to get only a full day of battery... that's awfull!
But all the rest, absolutely nothing to say, everything always worked like a charm, although 6680, was better in my opinion.

kocks, 22 Feb 2010my nokia n70 switches to loud speaker and ends the call if ... moreI have same problem. Also when sending a message and recieving txt or call . It will open loud speaker and cut the call and dialled 4 or 0 and end apps. My solution is i used dual mode and when switching to 3g the problem was solve. But if i go to none 3g area the problem arises.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Look my freind , you cant compare bet these 2 devices . Nokia n73 is much much much better than n70 , Its more modern ( in design and software ) , smaller , with much better camera ( 3.2 mp for n73 and 2 mp for n70 ) with stronger LED flash ,phtoes taken by n73 sometimes beat those taken by 5 mp devices , and finally a stunning stereo sound in the speakers .
