You can do your phone software update yourself if you have a laptop with internet access.Just google nokia n73 software upgrade and follow the instruction.It is self explanatory

I jus luv ths ph man...
Wht to say...its got so much value fr the user.. in terms of features, applcatns, tools, dam gud camera, big screen, nice sound quality n cool battry backup...
such kind of a ph is hard to find..
It has been more than 2yrs n ths set hasnt given me a single trouble n its stil rockng...
It has hanged a few times bt only whn its ram gets overloaded..
Stil it's nvr askd me to use---takeout the battry option---to solve da prblm of hangng..
i havnt done tht even once till date ....
Its a multimedia set but unlike any other ph it also givs the user to perform business functns wid ease..
N ths is the reason why i luv ths ph..
Multitaskng is superb..its brwser opens dsktop versions of wbsites... N this feature is quite scarce in sum cellphs..
Sound is cool...its a prfect substitute fr a musicsystm of a car....
Thnx to nokia fr launchng such a grt ph..

this phone is awesome.good phone.i am a bangladashi user .belive me man i not found a single problem on it.good camera,good out look. and awesome style.but one thing get anoyed me that is joystick.but i think its little spot on a moon.

This is the best phone I have ever had. I have kept if close to 4 years now and it has never given me any funtional problems. Its unique,stylish and most of all extremly strong.The camera is excellent

Rizwan, 10 Feb 2010a nice product made by nokia....but it hangs too much....ca... moreits because you have a lot of data on your Phone memory, free your phonr mememory and put all your data on the memory card. Also long press the menu key and shut down any running aplications as this also slows down the phone speed.

best phone i ever have ,i have htc ,samsung ,lot of type of nokia but this is the one ,,god signal,battery and pictures and i put lot of games in.

the camera quality isint that good...exposure time limited to 1000/sec, where as sony provides it to even 2000/sec ,,very slow in use...the joystick isint good and every time it falls joystick breaks,battry back up low, keypad is small...a little difficlt to use..only one thing good.. led flash is power ful..
