For those who are experiencing slow N73,try re-program your N73 your self. But of course you must save 1st your datum in your card. Here's how to re-program. Type *#7370#, and type the locked code if it has. After re-programming, go back to your card and restore your datum from the card to your phone. After that reset your phone, and youl notice it will run faster. But again after a few days of used, youl experiencing the same slow again. Thus you must do the re-progarmming again. If youl still have any questions in re-progamming, you could try to email me, sepfrido@hahoo.ca

i bought n73 music edition.its really very good piece but it is really too slow i have used sony ericsson cells too.i experienced that.i had used n95 too but it is also slow.....i think n73 is better than n95 .if someone is going too tell that i dont have manner to use 60s phone but i am too sorry too say you emotinal fool i love my cell but its slow it is a true fact...this is the world of technology every thing is possible and people who buys too pay for the deserving amount this is a true fact that n73 and most of the nseries cells are slow...i think tht nokia should launch again n 73 with great speed processing capacity coz this is the only bad thing in the cell as i feel.....as someone suggested to quit other application running(i.e by pressing long menu key)this is not too effective but just slight change which is not noticeable.........accept the true fact that our n73 is slow(i love my n73)
if some one have any trick, software or suggestions plz suggest me............

Happy to have ordered it. N73 is not new anymore. Still after having had a few phones I can say that some om the realy old ones were nice but as for the more recent once's I really like the N73, it reminds me of the fun I had with my D500. The later is by far the best one Samsung ever made. So thanks Nokia. Great phone, now let's see what the N96 wil bring. Have to wait a few months before ordering it (free of charge).

Guys, those who are experiencing slow nokia N73 and 'memory full' notifications... There is one effective way to prevent that.

Nokia N73 is a series-60 based phone, therefore giving its users a high-end advantage of multitasking within sets and sets of applications, which is impossible with series-40based phones. BUT, you must also keep in mind that it is still a mobile phone - not a full-functional computer - that has to be taken care of a little more delicately than a PC, that is, you MUST regularly check if you have open BUT UNUSED applications running in the background (check it by long-pressing the menu key), and exit them all, it's as simple as that. Doing this, you will be able to save tons of memory (simply using applications eats up your memory. And you're still wondering what the heck's made your memory full!) and the phone's processor won't suffer that much, making the it much faster. I promise you, it's the simplest, most overlooked, but most effective solution.

Many people complain about its slowness, and I am sorry to say this, but you do not know how to use a series-60 phone. As I have observed, people who keep complaining about this are those who either came from using other brands, Nokia series-40 phones, or people who just don't know how to take care and maintain a series-60 phone. Recently released series-60 phones have already solved this 'slow' problem by arming the phones with a mind-blowing 369 MHz processor, but they don't come in cheap, and may have other disadvantages on other aspects of its own.

For me, N73 has the best camera than the other N series phones, which boast of good
megapixel camera but are really BULKY. N73 on the other hand has just the right dimensions for a high quality 3.2 MP. But check out the new Nokia 6220, so far, that's the only phone that has impressed me other than the nokia N73. And it's really expensive. Before taking a look at the Nokia 6220 though, let me tell you this: Don't judge it just by how it looks.

              :)
