hi guys, only recently my phone started turning off by itself...its one month out side its warranty and i cant do anything about it...any ideas? or should i dump it for a sony??

i am using N73 for the past 3 months and i m fully satisfied with it. it s rocking. but here a need a help from u people,.. does anybody have a software to record the call as like spycall software for s60?...

Phone is good but one thins is pretty annoying that it has limited sound recording specially for which i dumped motorola v3i. i was not expecting it from Nokia.

Actually you CAN mute the capture tone. Cracking handset this one, if you do buy one, make sure its got the latest firmware update on it.

I've had the N73me for about a year now and it's treating me horribly. It hasn't been this bad up until about 2 months ago when I suddenly couldn't properly send text messages. It kept telling me that my memory was full and that I need to close some applications. I pressed and held the menu button to see which applications were running and there was only Standby and Music which is there all the time. I honestly think that the phone's RAM cannot handle too many things saved on your internal memory. I have over 3000 text messages saved and still have 14 MB left out of my 32 MB internal memory and I find this quite frustrating. I have never encountered this sort of problem with my previous Nseries phones and this problem is making me rethink my decision to buy the N95 8GB and the N96 when I return to Asia.
*Don't buy cell phones in Canada; they don't have any! What they call a mobile here really belongs in a museum.

to answer some of the questions posted by some people here: the camera has a protective cover that activated the back camera when slid down or to the side.
you can't mute the capture tone, but there are 4 capture tones you can choose from.
some symbian themes and programs may not work with the phone. if u want to dl divx for symbian phones, go and register in their website to dl it for free, and i promise, it works, i have it in my n73 ME phone.
make sure you guys update to the latest firmware available, and if you still encounter problems with your phone, bring it to the nearest nokia care shop. they'll 'fix' it for free if the phone's still under warranty.

i have this for nearly 4 months now, and i'm happy with it's overall quality. though sometimes a short lag occurs in opening some applications, it's something i can ignore. the sound quality is great too, though the battery drains in like 2-3 hours if you play music continuously in the highest volume using the speakers. Camera quality is good too, vivid and clear. the best thing is that it comes with a 2gb micro sd (i think) to keep my music, picture and video files in.

Wouldn't get any of the N series phones. Nokia tried pushing the boundaries before they worked things out properly. N series phones switch themselves off, freeze and you have to constantly update software for it not to freeze up. Applications also take forever to open. Not worth it. Im on my way to buying a Sony instead.

my problem is my phone always says (memory low System error) or u can not save any files because its full but i already reformat my cellphone and erase all the messages on my phone but still the word (low memory full) is still coming out.. please help me i dont know what to do with it :(
