well just wana tell u that nokia n73 can be upgraded to 4.07 software from nokia site.now my cell workin great than my previous version of3.06.

It is a very user friendly phone with lots of features.Camera is better than n95.
My question is can i just re-install the symbian OS into it as it got Hang very often now a days.
Another thing,is there is any casing(the body/cover) available for it.I need to change as my outer surface is now full of scraches.

QUESTION: DOES THE MUSIC EDITION OF THE NOKIA N73 HAVE SYMBIAN OPERATING SYSTEM.
I am thinking of getting one even though they are quite old but they have all the features of new phones and nealry always better picture quality. thanks in advance for your answer cheers.

Chinese N73 Se copy is avail 100$ exact same finish interface even icons. Why cant Nokia registered Designs and sue them its also keeping tight lips.Yhe actual consumer is hard hit n every model they were first to intro Prism 7500 7900 first than actual fonz.The hav 2 batt desktop charger cover 2Gb mem card pre installed application free on net what else u whta. These r prettywell good at reception and coverage easy to formate.One thing it shows if Chinese can make all this at fractional price where does the balance of price differance goes too Nokia purse pocket being multinational they also get most of their cheaper fonz made n china but say made by nokia no more of this misleading gimmicks anymore Nokia

PREINSTALL..THM CAN NOT BE REMOVED..his camera is better than k810...not far better...but the pics hhas more clarity..best sound

An early post mentioned that U can't exit the music player and it's always on(U can C that by holding down the menu button for a few seconds).Thats not true.Enter the menu, go to the music player and exit from it don't go back to your 'Phone'....easy as pie...even a door knob can do this...overall it's a great phone...the loose back cover problem is true...but not a real problem...battery life excellent...photos great(a bit dark in low light)....fully packed with features....A marvelous phone.

N73M-Ed is preety good with a gud camera & muzik.But the thing is that,has a lose back cover,giving me awkard noise each time I access the phone!Also can I upgrade my Ext.Phone Mem to 4GB.Moreover,also at the moment am planning to get Sony Ericsson W950,the features I look into are A real gud Muzik Quality,great features,no Camera,touch screen,Slim,of course gud battery too.............Plizzzz.... Suggest me...Would be vv kind of the one who does so!!!!

Pretty cool phone to have. Mine is the Music edition, had it for ard 3/4 year. Sound quality of earpiece that comes with it is good. The ME is quite sratch resistane compared to the original. Large mem space but i realised it lags when slightly more data is saved even if mem is not completely used. Other than that, system is fine, joystick is fine. Condition depends on the usage but pretty easy to maintain in almost mint condition. Love the multitasking capability of the phone due to symbien OS. Can play music while talking.

i can not take pictures with my phone using the capture button i can only take picture using the selftimer. beside i can not take video using the main the camera i see an icon like a hand in video recording mode and i cant take any video recording

Hi
I bought N73 Music Edition (N73-1). I hv faced some probs...
1. The OS is very slow. Is this some kind of a bug or a feature of this phone?
2. I need to have an alarm from monday to friday to wake me up everyday. However, I don't see that feature in this phone. Please help.
3. Loudspeaker is not really loud (be it during call or listening to music/radio). Again, is this the feature?

Not a good Phone gets hanged more than any other phone coz the music player is always on even if u don't need it u can check by pressing down the menu button for 5 seconds n then click the c button it will not exit the music player
