I have two problems with the N73. Firstly the keypad does not lock automatically. Secondly, you cannot set a wake up alarm for every weekday like on my N95 you have to set it every day. Can somebody help with these problems? Thank you

Adrian, do not compare n73 with 6280. bcoz n73 is a smartphone. 6280 is just a mobilephone. if you want to compare with 3.2mp then compare with SE K790(this one is not a smartphone). nokia developer code name for n73 is "Multimedia Computer". it is morethen a cameraphone or walkmanphone. due to its flexibility/multitasking/3d sound/auto focus this is one of "The Real Hero" of all symbian smarphones(the others are N95,E70 and E90. if you have this one. be provde of it.

I have both the standard and music edition N73 and much prefer the music edition - more memory, black in colour and a less cluttered menu make it a great phone.

GUYS!! i m really confused.somebody is crazy about this mob and some guys just hate it.i belong to a poor family and i can buy a mob just once.i can't change my mob after few months because i dont have enough money.so just tell me should i buy it or not? pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeese help me out! thanks

For god sake, DO NOT BUY THIS PEICE OF CRAP.
Yeah i know what am saying. Its true that it got most vibrant features but firmware from nokia is shit!, I upgrade from Nokia 6681. That phone was kewl. N73 hangs too many times. Infact in the middle of some work it goes to restart, donno why? I never expected this much from N73. When i was planning to buy i thought that it will be good than old 6681, but i was wrong. Too many complications in Softwares, like Signed or unsigned,Certificate date expiration, can't delete themes in simple way...etc...etc.
N73 has very good camera, but wen you need ugently, forget about that. It takes too much time to open,and after few secs, it goes to restart itself.

Hi Everyone,
I was using a motorola v3x and here in Sri Lanka 3G dosen't work with the networks.
Now I got this N73 Music Edition and it's a grate phone. All the options are there. 2GB memory is grate!!! I Love this phone>>> If you going for N series - N73 is da BEST!!!
Camara , Video , Sound , Connectivity etc... what can i Say else.
Go friends buy it without any hesitation.

I have N73 ME, Why video in night is very bad, Nokia 6280 has better video,
N73-CIF video (352x288)
6280-VGA video (640x480)

I am confused, about buying N73 or N73 ME. Is the only difference in memory and music player key ? What is special in the special edition available in India termed as N73 EDGE. No information is available on Nokia website.

hey guys ihave n73me ,this phone is da coolest i had a 6630 but this phone's camera is so much better and sound is loud but not very clear
cons. sooooooo slow software
and video camera sucks.

To Eddy,
open tools-app.manager-options-settings,
then make sure software installation is on,
and online certificate check is off.
thats it.

it is really a great phone but it have some inconvenients which i don't like:it is stop when you are not in range of a network or simply when i listen radio. the pictures are great, but not extraordinay. it is easy to use.

Best cell phone i ever bought and i have bought alot of em. Its a complete phone in all ways by Nokia. wonder if Nokia can come up with a better phone than this! N73 RULEZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!

the n73 is slow because you work with symbian, a symbian phone has more software than any other normal phone, you can see it as windows at your computer, so it's normal that the n73 is slower than any other normal phone

The keypad of the n73 doesn't lock automaticly you must do it by hand by push the top left key and the * that's the only option the lock the keypad

A friend of mine has N73 SE (Special Edition)which is more expensive than N73 ME. But surprisingly, I have seen no comments on this cell phone. The set seems to be very solid constructed and as per my friend the operation is very smooth - no hang up. It color is light green. Can someone shed a light on this phone.
