hey anthony, prefer k buy the regular n73. kc un firmware nya updated like the n73 me. like un me music player, the stereo widening. the new firmware is much faster now. n lam k it supports upto 4gb. bt im using 2gb.im very satisfied with my n73. hope nakahelp k :)

Hi all,
I am from Cavite Philippines and I am interested in this phone. I currently own the N92 from SMART, but I really have to buy a new fone, because SMART is not really the preferred network of my family that I get in contact with via SMS. I used to own this fone(which was the Music Edition) but then I traded it for a Nokia N93 which was a total mistake (The camera quality was poor, but had good video quality but I am not really into videos that much) so I sold it and got my N92 which I really like. It's just that the N92 is locked to SMART and I don't think it will be able to be unlocked until maybe 2008. I want to buy this phone again and can someone please tell me the differences between the performances of the Regular Edition and the Music Edition? I prefer the regular edition due to it's cheaper price.

Hi all
i m looking for N73 music edition, and before purchasing i went through the users opinion .though every thing seems fine but what really troubling me is some user's opinion about its slow speed and hanging problem.is there any kind of such problem??
plz help me about this (as i m in need of a good phone and soon will be buying one)
and one more thing ,i want to read my documents which i make on my pc.can i read on this set as a file (like microsoft word document or any other)
plz tell me if any one knows.

I have the N73 and would just like to know if anyone can tell me what the flashing blue light is about? I've tried in vain to get it off, and it's driving me crazy. Please if anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it. Otherwise, I'm really happy this phone. Traded a two week old E65 for it, and don't regret it for a single second.

hey u donot tell i have used 6300 too but not satisfied coz 2mp result sucks no auto focus in night 6300 sucks u cant compare 6300 with n73
n73 is ferrari and 6300 is honda civic so u cant compare and be happy with ur crppy set
n73 superb sound ,superb camera,even it beats nokia n95 in camera quality i send u prove.

superb camera like digital cameras
lovable sound and louder
with good auality i m playing songs on my music system through n73 good is coool and loud
large lcd with birght color even it has only 256k but cant compare with 16m coz it is more brighter and clear than any 16m
so please u cant compare n73 with crappy 6300
i have used 6300,n95,5700,n73
n73 rocks and win ok tc bye never mind i m telling truth

Hi,
i've been a user of 6630 for the last 2 years. there was no reason to replace that phone other than having a new one as an upgrade only, it might have started giving problems in future but it was as perfect as it was the first day until i sold it. anyway, now after using this N73 ME and on comparing it with my previous one i can say that class of 6630 was a way better than N73. 6630 has a very solid construction, good technical keypad and many options for customizing the phone according to user's requirement. it has great 1.3MP camera whose result is 1000 times better than today's 6120 classic and at par with 5700 (2MP). music at 6630 is as same as N73 via head phones (IMO) however there's a slight difference while playing it with loudspeakers. this means that loudspeakers of N73 aren't doing a great job! N73 on the other hand is quite faster than 6630, has flat key pad (hard to use them for person with thick/fat fingers), delicated look and body and stupid camera cover!!! in imaging, 6630 is 100 times easier to use while N73 has no great options with two hands handling on must basis. in general nothing to be inspired of!!!

ok n73 is symbian 3rd edition phone so is is failed to install.so install 3rd edition apps in it

sms is slow so i recommend u update ur phone with latest firmware.its fast

HEY! Can anyone pls.. list down Some FIRMWARE VERSION here and tell us whats version is good and Bad...
I hear that some firmware for N73 ME(I dono the version) makes the fone operation more slower than the older version.
So pls.. can anyone tell the difference? i dont want to get the slower firmware...

To set an mp3 as tone for messages you need to copy de mp3 file in the phone's memory.

of course, because some .sis file is not for S60 3rd edition, perhaps is fit to S60 2nd edition

how to change ur n73 standard to music edition
methods are gives below:-
Connect your phone and wait for Windows to install the drivers.
Open Nemesis Service Suite and click “Scan for new device” on the right-upper part of the window
1) Click on the icon “Phone info”
2) Click on “Scan”
3) Change the product code to 0539343 and mark the case “Enable”.
4) Press “Write”, and your phone’s product code will be changed (you might think that nothing happened,
because the phone is still in normal mode, and the changing of the product code only takes a couple of
seconds, but don’t worry, the product code changed !).
5) Close Nemesis Service Suite and run the Nokia Software Update.
6) Make sure not to touch the cable or the phone while your phone is updating or else you will break it!
That’s it! When you restart your phone, it should now be the Nokia N73 Music Edition!
but its risky do it ur own risk.
