just a piece of advice, if you're planning to buy an n-series handset.. Don't ever go for the n70.. It has minor innovations from 6630,6680, it sucks and its damn slow.. If you want n-series.. N73 is the perfect one.. And at least u r sure with it that it wont break fatally so easy because he only moving part that might break is the camera cover, which is, replaceable.. Unlike, n95,n93 and other sick handsets that are so fragile..

i av ad 1 of these the music edition but now i have the nokia n95 and it is far betta and more advanced j

Yeah it does, an internet edition aswell, but the only negative thing about this phones is that the BATTERY dies every day, i have to charge it everydaY!!!!!

i find this phone rather slow in all ways, especially when taking pictures, before i could aim and shoot my subject, it had gone far, and there i was still scrutinizing the bottons where as all other are done taking pictures, so frustrating, while the n70 version is more efficient when in facts seconds is a big deal when capturing images, shot botton is not user freindly, my hand strains whenever i focus it vertically and impossible to hold still to get a sharp picture! it frequently hangs, and it's really slower when i set the phone to its external memory (memory card)!!!!! im planning to upgade it with n95, i hope i'l never experience the same problem!

Overall great phone. Excellent camera quality, even though photos turn out grainy if you take them in dark places.
A few problems I had with the phone were:
1. Small keypad
2. Laggy
3. No full-screen wallpaper
4. No autolock function
5. No screensaver
6. You can't sift through files by pressing left/right in File Manager.
7. Difficult to find particular pictures!!!!

in regards to your question about the 2gig cards. the short ansewr is no there is no noticeable lag when using a 2 gig card. however the n73 dosent support separate folders for photos so going through 1000 plus photos IS very very very very........very very slow. but id still bought it and i have no regrets.

i would buy the n93i in a heartbeat it's got some awesome features and a perfect flip/swivel screen but it's way too bulky. if nokia could shrink it to the size of the 6260 they would have the next "must have" phone.
ps. still waiting for my n73 joystick to fall off.

i bought this phone last year in august, d price has dropped soo much ,its humiliating.., anyway..., this phone lags like crazy, and hangs too!!!.., b4 i wuz usin 6230 then 6230i, which wuz , i must say... nokia's best efforts ( lag-free)S40 works like a charm! ..., handphones shud stay in the size and shape of handphones.., whats d point of crammin a 5-mg pix/ 7 camera if it becomes bulky and ugly and heavy and lagging!?.., thats low-tech, where's d fella who designed the ultra funky 7210!?.. same size , big on function, now dats a phone ppl are waitin for

First of all I owned the N-73ME & I m from India.
I have discovered deleting themes on all simbian series 9.1 nokia phones.
Procedure delete unwanted them which were installed:-
1) Get connected your mobile by mass storage mode
2) And Go to x:\private\10207114 (Where x: stands for USB mass storage drive)
3) First get details of themes u want delete like them name or number which u will find in them menu.
4) Navigate that same no or them name & just delete from there.
Walla that’s it finish.
Well this work excellent on my N73ME.
By this you don't need to format u r phone.
If u has any quire regarding deleting themes email me.

Hey mates,
Im lookin to buy this phone, the music edition, with a 2gb memory card.
Any ideas if this phone runs slow with that much memory? what memory are you using on yours? any speed problems? My N70 sux in this regard..

i love this phone, i think the buttons get too crowded though... the camera is amazing..
