Well i have a small query about the sound quality in the headphones!! I am a music lover but also a great lover of Symbian OS.. I even thought going for SonyEricsson but find the N73 suits more.. Well does it have a 3.5mm jack in its heaset wires?? So as to be able to plug my own earphones and enjoy quality music rather than the provided earphones which are not that good??? And is the sound for the plugged in earphones BETTER as Mp3 players???????????

I really love this phone. I have no regret buying it. The sound of the music is really good. Camera takes shots very good too.

i thk tht depends on ur luck..haha...mine fren's N73 joystick came loose and cannot be replaced....mine is still alrite thou i bought it earlier than my fren...

N73 can play wma...i played it before zillions of times...but i nv try wmv b4....i asked several times abt this b4 i bought it last time, coz my music are mostly in wma...

just got the N73 se. does anyone know of an application that can play other music formats (such as ogg) instead of just mp3 ? (ogg has better compression)

Good day gsmarena users all over the world!!! Iam using my nokia n73 music edition for almost 2 weeks already and I can say this phone is like an ipod and phone in one. Iam not that really fond of music as well as the camera, I haven't tested the camera of my n73 music edition I installed the smart movie player and I already installed 2 movies for my phone and I really liked it. I was planning to buy n95 because I want to test the map of that phone but the price is still high so maybe next year. I guarantee you guys that this phone is a good investment. Perhaps you should go for K800i or (better) K810i. N73's camera is decent but the sound quality is no match at all for sony ericsson's phones. It's loud alright but i find it buzzing and not clear plus cracking sound unlike SE phones.
Even the so called music edition is nothing different from the original one, just the 2gb memory card as a bonus.

i am really i music lover....
but i am also very much into photography n stuff...i luv clickin pics.. nd stuff..
cld sum1 suggest me shld i go for cybershot i.e is p800 or shld i go 4 N73... as both of dem hav 3.2mp...
so i m pretty confused cld ny1 help me...
or tell me abt other phones in d similar range or sumthin...

listening to mp3 music is soft but i really do not know whether u need to upgrade software to my software version is (v3.0705.1.0.31 26-01-2007 RM-133

N73 has better camera because of its 3.2 megapixel auto focusing camera. P990i has better music player interface because of its Walkman(TM) music player. It also has better sound quality (thru headset) than N73. As a smartphone, P990i has certain advantages over N73, it's touchscreen, powered by Symbian 9.1 UIQ 3.0, interface. But the N73 has a number of compatible softwares because of its Series 60 third edition platform.
You decide which suits you best!

1. Which smartphone (SE p990i,SE K750i)has better picture/camera qulaity ?
2. Which smartphone (SE p990i,SE950i,N70,N73)has better sound Quality(through Headset) ?
