how's the sound quality of the N73 ME? i read the review of this from different sites and most of it says that the sound quality of N73 is not that good. i don't know whether to buy the N73 ME or not. what do you think? help me out.

Visual Radio is not a televison.U cant watch TV.U need to pay money to use visual radio(To radio supplier)For more information read your MANUAL that came with your phone.

Hey guys. Can some one tell me what exactly its visual radio functionality is? I want to buy this phone but wanted to know if the visual radio is television and if so, does it work like the normal tv at home or it uses the mobile Network? Thanks in advance.

Juz bought Nokia N73 ME a couple of weeks ago. This phone is truly a gem...
Great design and good colour combination. It has nice keypads designed, however the keypads are too cramped up
which causes some difficulty when texting. The battery life is above average and is considered to be better than many
other phones (however, it loses a bit to SE walkman phones when comes to battery life).
I call it a "three 3's" phone...it comes up with 3G connectivity, 3mp camera and 3D stereo sound system.
So far, not much prob that i've encountered, the only main concern is the operational speed of this phone...
Well, it is quite typical for all Symbian OS based phones whereby lagging and hanging are norms.
But overall, the camera quality is good, crystal clear with the so called "WoW" effect.
However, the colours are a bit over-saturated and sumtimes, when auto mode is used for taking pics,
the pics taken will turn out to be bluish. But this prob can be overcome by adjusting the white balance settings
and exposure manually.
Sound wise, one word to describe, "crisp". The loudspeaker's loudness is quite comparable with my laptop's loudspeaker when the phone volume is set to the max.
On the other hand, when the headset is used together with the phone, the sound turns out to be clearer (with better base and trebble clarity) and kind of sounds like hi-fi (i'm not exaggerating but u can try it out on ur own).
In conclusion, i would rate this phone 8 over 10. If this phone is given a "Wi-fi" connectivity and at the same time having
faster processing speed, I would probably give it a 9 or even a 10!!!
Hopefully someday Nokia will produce phones with better speeds...Cheers for every1 using Nokia N73!!!

Hello All,
I'm using N73 ME for the past 2 months...no issues...great phone.
I have a query...Have any one come across the following problem:
- When we transfer the music files from PC to Phone or from another phone to N73 via Bluetooth/Infrared, the .mp3 files get converted to m4a format...
- How to stop this conversion?

Sorry for the late reply coz i had posted the reply days ago and duno y it still haven't been approved yet. So now i re-post and see whether the moderator will approved or not.
For the link u sent me, it's useless coz the Nokia Software Updater which i download from ur link still said my phone has the latest firmware (which is not true). Thanks anyway :P
Another problem is when i download some of the theme, most of them only show top and bottom portion of the theme (middle part no theme) and only a few of the theme fully showed. Can help to tell me y?

just bought my n73 a week ago. while browsing the phone, i found out that i cannot use the mp3 i saved as message alert tone. help... can i do something about it?

I've been using N73 ME for 1 month now.No problem with the phone.No lagging or whatsoever.I use the standard miniSD provided with the phone(2GB).I think the phone can handle up to 4GB.Dunno whether it lags or not with the 4GB miniSD.
My firmware is v3.0638.0.0.30 RM-133 Nokia N-73(11).
The new firmware has just been released but i opted not to upgrade the firmware for the time being.The firmware upgrade can be done via the Nokia Software Updater.The update process can take up to 2 hours depending on ur connection speed.

Hi everybody! Could you please tell me how to activate the keypad light of my N73 regardless of lighting condition. I noticed that when there is a bit of light the keypad does not lit. It's a bit annoying especially if the place is not well lighted. How can I make the keypad light lit all the time. Thanks so much ........

6233 is WAY louder than N73.
