change your n73 to music edition by changing its code and then update with nokia software updater i do this succesfully and it take satisfaction change

Just want people to be careful with the phone because i bought it yesterday, it worked fine until i connected it to my laptop, then it just died completely... have to get a replacement now. Just make sure you have it insured before you do anything with it that could potentially damage it.

Hey frdz im using n73me. When i surf net, i get a message- memory full close some applications and try again. Why is it so? What shuld b dun? Plz suggest. Thanks

i just bought N73ME for RM1850 (AP) and this is my 1st time using a Symbian phone.
questions:
1. are all applications - theme, audio player, anti virus applications...etc in SIS format (Nokia Application Installer file)? This is because I cannot tell what does the file contain.
2. before I download any SIS file or Nokia application into my phone, is it secure enough to scan for virus using the PC's anti virus? If not, pls. recommend a crack anti-virus site where the virus defn is easy to get too.

After a long use of the keypad, does anyone experience the numbers/letters fading off? Wonder there is a soft plastic protector for this phone - that also cover the keypads.

Anyone who want downgrade their phone from n73music edition and n73 interner edition to n73 can do now,because normal edition version is new compare with music edition n internet edition.me product code 0539343 is V3.0638.0.0.30 ,ie 0539343 V3.0638.0.0.30 .normal edition code 0529815 is V3.0649.0.0.1.i flash back to normal edition successly.anyone who buy zitron,avaxx n samart flash to me and want to flash back to normal edition can do now.i think me n interenet edition will release their firmware agian,so do during tis few day.

if u go from n73 to n73ME its fine u will not brick the phone unless u disconnect the cable while updating,or u profile is not set to general,if the internet connection fails or if ur pc glitches...if none of these occur u r safe to upgrade ur mobs to n73me....even if u do brick it u got warranty for the phone so they will flash ur phone or give u a new one depends on the situation

to upgrade your mobile to the latest firewall before you go on to the Nokia wepage to upgrade your software turn off you anti-virus an firewall on your pc or laptop,make sure your batterys fully charged an,then follow nokia instructions of how to upgrade your mobile an it should show V 3.0638.0.0.1,30-10-2006,RM-133,Nokia N73(39.01) when you press *#0000# on your mobile ,the phones alot faster an theres some extra downloads as well

I do not understand why the hell nokia has updated the version. Simply u cannot upgrade the software on ur fone through a decent internet connection. I have tried to download the latest software updater from the internet yet it says no software available.
version of the s\w the my N73 stdd carries is V2.06
but i have checked with the guys at cr care in India that the s\w has been upgraded to V3.06. I dont want to take this beauty to the wrectched service centre. They have an uncanny knack of screwing up ur fone rest assured. If someone can help. Thanx.
