But if it happens all the time it probably is a software problem. If you have a bug, a hard reset(*#7370#) might help erase it. But save your personal data first because it will be delete it. Also you might try updating the firmware of your phone to the latest one. If neigher works take it to a service shop. Good luck!

For me this fhone is very good,,,i have
read a coment here saying the only
good is the sound.....so if this is your
problem the reason is the user he/she
dont know how to make this phone
better...for me its support all video format and it plays perfect..cauze i hve
installed core player,,talking in games
its also great i have installed n-
gage,,HD games like tomb rider legend
(3mb)and it plays great...you must
hack your phone using secman so that you will be able to install
unsigned application,,if your problem
about the full screen wallpaper you
must install full screen.sis apps....i also
installed vbagx.sis the gameboy
emulator,it allows me to play all gameboy games perfectly...about
internet,you must install Opera mini.sis
browser it is very fast...you can create
also your theme using theme
creator...you can make this phone like
a computer,,install winrar,freeUnrar,winzip,operamini
browser.. if you want to make your
phone better you can ask me on
Facebook,i have many
games,applications specially how to

my n73 music edition doesn't support mp4 videos downloaded from my n79...it says file format not supported!

The most good thing is that nokia hasn't made any set which gives loud sound as this one.Nokia officially should state it.
