to tarantula:if u start comparing nokia with k800,last one loosing everywhere camera lens cover sticking out so badly it's could be ripped off. So even though n73 is bigger is still more poketfriendly! and on n73 gonna be better camera, even without all that stability shmak and flash!

My intention isnt convince anyone, only i read a post with a N73/K800 comparisson and i post my opinion and some facts about your "multimedia computers". Be happy with your mediocres multimedia computers and with your mediocre S60 OS (The worst phone OS in the world. I say it as a S60 ex-user, UiQ and windows are a lot better).
I know that all the people in this post are nokia fan and my intention isnt convince anyone again, be happy with your buggiest "multimedia computers"

For those people who hate the New Nokia Multimedia Computers, do u even know what you are talking about? These are the best fones in the world no matter what the rest look like! I am a proud owner of a Black N70 and I'm getting the most of the fone and it's been 5 months since I've had this fone and it's got stuff that I did'nt know it had which means the rest are totally big loooosers! LONG LIVE NOKIA!

ok tarantula if u like k800 u like it but we guys here dont. so dnt waste ur time here just buzz off .u wont understand how great this n73 is and by the way as u said smaller screen of k800 is better to read then go and buy urself the smallest screen cellphone and stand in the sun and read whatever but just buzz off. lol

Comparing it with K800/790:
N73 has S60, it means a lot of bugs and phone frozen; K800 hasnt S60, dont have these problems.
N73 has a 300Mhz processor, fast processor means low battery life. Take into account N80 case, with 220 Mhz processor the phone only work a day... make your own conclussion.
In europe EDGE is useless, for it is the K800; in americas 3g isnt extended, for this market K790 exist.
N73 has a 2,4in with QVGA resolution while SE has a 2in with QVGA resolution. Small display in K800 ensure more fine and smooth pics in screen and has transflective protection for sun, this mantain screen readable in direct sun exposition.
In addition has a xenon flash, image stabilizer and best pic.
K800 is black, more serious phone than psicodelic N73. For me both phones are in the same level, but is only a matter of taste of the potential buyer

They only have to change te CIF-Video to XVGA, and it will be the best Phone on the market.

this looks like a best buy of those wanting a candybar,
comparing it with the k790/k800
it have a bigger screen SE 2" nokia 2.4"
you get quadband+EDGE+3G you don't have to choose between those. the k790 have edge but not 3g and only triband and the k800 have triband + 3g not edge.
battery life its comparable because both have really strong batteries.
and also you get powerful smartphone with a 300mhz+ microprocessor, dual speakers, just for 70 - 90 Euros more?
design speaking SE is black and Nokia have stainless steel and it looks more expensive.
but thats a matter of taste!

this is a computer in the palm of youre hand .Do not wai for this phone to come out befoe exprimenting with symbian phones .Start with a 6620 try the 6682 or the e61 and forget abote other brands this nokia makes the best symbian phones .do not get attracted by the n72 it's not powerfull.

I'm a DJ in Phnom penh ( cambodia ) and I use nokia 3250 to mix the music also but the problem I have is I can't put more songs in . About N73 I like that shape ,I like that screen,but I don't like the color , it should be better if the company make color like pink for women , and black for men , and the memory up to 2GB or 3-4 so in the future I can use just nokia phone to work as a DJ , and I hope the sound quality is same as 3250 or bettber , and can plug to the emplify so I can play anywhere I want .thanks

im also waiting for this phone. it looks awesome. at this moment im using Motorola Razr V3 .. i like its shape but feature wise it sucks. thought about buying V3i but not anymore. i have used Samsung before so want to go for Nokia. Samsung has the worst features ever. i bought Samsung E800 25K here and it wa s a waste of money.
man im not going for samsung again. can anyone tell me when this phone bill arrive here in Dhaka, Bangladesh ?

The features and performance is excellent but the shape sucks(i don no about others but i no that i hate its shape).I miss wi-fi, and i don no if it will have good sound like that of 3250 (i mean high volume of sound) because almost none of the nokia mobiles are having good volume. There are few exeptions like 3250, n gage qd etc. And can some one tell me where i can download/get credit card generator/credit card details to buy this mobile?
