Nokia N76

I've had mine for 6 weeks and the paint is NOT peeling. The N76 is an awesome phone. It has 40mb of ram compared to 20mb for the N73 and N95. I have the 4gb micro sdhc card in mine and it works fine. Now if it only supported a2dp.

the one u recorded urself using the phone?
or one u input into ur phone?
any of them are still fine with me
i only had restart problem when i navigate the phone too fast to the menu and pick a program to run, but it hardly happens~

endlessz says he has no restarting problems, but i have seen a couple of N76 which restarts during video playback including my phone.May be he isnt playing in full screen mode.Even after upgrading the firmware the prob is still there.My firmware is V10.0.035,i dont even know wether it is a software or hardware prob.Looks to me as a hardware fault.But if this prob wasnt there then this would be the best phone.

i recommend u to charge up to 8 hours when u first bought it and first time charging it, i've been told like that everywhere i buy mobile phones, same story on diff stores
if its taking too long and u cant wait to play with ur phone, just leave it charging while u're asleep~ =D

no question bout it over the V6!
why??! coz those 2 were my consideration as well! and im so glad that my final decision DID NOT ended up on V6! why??! coz it has no OS! believe me, no OS is a pain in the ass, i regretted buying SE W900i before coz of no OS!
its useless to look cool but no brain on the inside, rite?more over, n76's looks is more than enough!

wtf! about the silver paint started to peel off, i had no problem like u guys! and i've had this phone for 1 month and 1 week!
longer than most of u i reckon..
and why dont i have those problems?
BECAUSE I CLEAN MY PHONE OFTEN!
yes!! unlike some of u, who dont appreciate their beautiful phone after being used full day!
and also, how rough do u guys use it..really, u must have hit the buttons pretty hard and wild, and not putting it on a table carefully and stuff...
i had no restarting problem, no restarting when viewing video or taking video, none at all, good phone overall..
think again, maybe it's the user that sucks, not the phone

Which one is Better to buy Nokia N76 or Moto V6 Maxx??
im really having a hard time choosing between the two
its very hard because i heard that the paint peels off and the sitch is N-series always hangs but i know its good because it has OS and Radio but V6 good style but features suck.. BUt I REALLY LIKE THE TWO!!!

Hi,my N76 restarts while playing videos.When you shoot a video and play,it hangs and restarts.Is any one not facing this problem

The issue about silver top that easy to peel off is absolutelly correct. I saw it in front of my eyes, just right before I wanted to buy this N76. I feel soo dissapointed, so I didn't buy it.

hey, can somebody advice what to buy between n76, e65 or n95. i'll be using my phone as access point for my laptop. i'm having a hard deciding what to pick out of this 3 phones. also what's the advantages of the wi-fi capability in e65/n95... many thanks!

Trust me guys - about the silver paint peeling off problem. I made the idiotic decision of buying TWO N76s - for myself and my fiance. MY phone is still with Nokia, submitted after being with me only for 1 week. Severe restart, shutdown, hanging problem during normal use. My fiance's N76 did not have these problems. BUT after 4 weeks, the silver paint is peeling off near the around the kepayds and internal screen. I had been a hardcore CDMA user. This was my Ist GSM fone. Biggest dissapointment.

e65 is the wise buy between the two. There's just so many things you can do with e65 like reading office docs and wlan (free on most hotspots). Clamshells are a lot more fragile than sliders. Abt the pictures, i say that the flash in n76 is in vain, it turns your images so much whitish. But the quality is just the same. I say so because ive been through them, Im now using e65. B4 i 4get, the video resolution in e65 is higher than n76.

My N76 started to peel off at the silver on top. I am not sure though if that part changes or if it has to be like this forever.
I love my phone and never had a problem with it but the silver is cheap quality.

Please suggest which one should I buy..N91 * GB, N76 or N73 ME. I am confused as N73 ME has good camera and come with a good memory, N91 8GB & N 76 comes ith a style look and memory. I love to listen songs and work on Internet through GPRS. Also I want to store lot of music and pictures. Please suggest.

This phone has a light sensor so when its dark the keypad should light up, unless your finger is on the sensor on the top of the phone beside the secondary camera.

if you really want a music phone, just buy any SE walkman phone. walkman phones are made for playing long, continuous music.
