AnonD-66962, 15 Aug 2012why shuld i not free calling with nimbuzz in my nokia n 79 You can make free calls from Nimbuzz to Nimbuzz only. Can't make to mobiles. If you add Gmail account with it, then you can make calls in Gtalk.

i will not let go of my good-old nokia n79...though its an "old" nokia...it still could compete to the new emerging phones of today...it has everything a phones feature could be...except dt its not a touchscreen, small display, an old symbian os, everything is ok....5mp cam, perfect audio video, long lasting battery life...really cant let it go!

my mobile 2 years old... but now I m facing a big pblm... my mobile starts lag... I went to nokia care and updated with new OS , but the pblm remains unchange.. for the first time my mobile starts lagging while I try to type any text in message editor..and now my mobile started lagging at the time of switch on itself...I m totally vexed :( my pet mobile is no more :(

that is a great phone. i am a rough user even then it is working very fine. it has jog dial. it is uncompareable. awesome mob.

N79 is the Best mobile ever i'm used...and still using since 2 years...all the features are v. good spc. FM Transmitter, Net speed, xHTML & Flash, Camera, and much more best things in it. Simply I loved it. If you have it you have alot.. :) Cheers to N79 :)

Even tough technology is changing so badly due to which, millons of people are buying touch phones. You mean to say that their phones dont fit in their pockets.
Hahahahahahahahahaaaaa........
N79 is not even a querty phone. Still costly than c6 which has querty as well as touch. even typing is fast and easy on querty keypads.

Anonymous, 13 Jul 2012Foolishness purchasing this phone because nokia c6 has more... moreyour c6 was released 2010 while n79 was released 2008 so they were not released at the same time. ur c6 has no carl zeiss optics on its camera. ur c6 is qwerty and cant fit in the pocket w its bulkiness. WE the alphanumeric keypad candy-bar type LOVES nokia n79 so much and will use this wonderful mob at our convenience...i dont like nokia c6...i better go for nokia n8 with d same purchasing time w c6.
