i thought the worst phone nokia ever made should be 3110c?
i really wanted to buy n79 when i saw previous comment.
since everybody said it was the best phone among nseries.
but how come u guys says its not tht good

zaheed, 01 Jan 2009guys i have nokia n79 for 1 month now! not a single problem... morei suggest u keep your n79. U'll get bored with the 5800 despite the touchscreen feature after a couple of days of use..

guys i have nokia n79 for 1 month now! not a single problem at all but 5800 is coming out and i only need one handset! so do u think i shud sell 79 and buy 5800?
bcoz my main priority is msg ing! and i dont use cam that lot so what do u think?

n 79 is a good phone set,good performance,looklike good,camera result good.
i am living in toronto,last month i purchased this phone set in karachi.lot of friend ask me about this set, this set is not available in toronto.

No office document editing out of the box ---also n96,N95,n82 and N85 ,and there is a cracked editing quickoffice avalible in many forums for 9.x s60 like dotsis
Not the best camera performance --fixed by the new firmware
Zooming in on a photo takes ages --fixed also
No dedicated 3D graphics accelerator --not required for all known games and i had played (racing,arcade games and fifa08 )on it and they are perfect
The GPS performance is not the best among Nseries---fixed also

n79 is perfect phone
any one mentioned disadvantages here certainly he didn't use or even own N79 because it is really the best of N series ,and all which they had claimed that are disadvantages they just copy it and past from this site review or any other site that made their review on the old firmware but the new firmware fixed them all.

I had the N79 and now Samsung Pixon, the Pixon is 1000 better in every aspect (video really dvd like), not a toy like N79. But battery too short, 1 or 2 days.

This phone hangs alot and music is not up to the mark... I am not happy with this phone...wasteg of money...
