riyaz, 10 Feb 2010hi i am riyaz i bought my nokia n79 mobile in the month of ... moreBattery is like a the energy of a person, charging it when its lowbat and deplugging it when its fully charge..it is like your tired and wakes up when u have completed your sleep..maybe your not charging it the correct way thats why your battery is like that now. try upgrading your firmware version to v32..thats what i notice on the improvements of that v32. and if that doesnt work, then buy a new one and be sure to charge it RIGHT AND PROPERLY if only your not contented with the "2days".. i hope ive helped you.. :))

Is there any application to be installed on my Nokia N79 about screen saver featuring photos slide set? Also if someone call or text me their photos appear on the screen of my cellphone? My Nokia N79 lacks this feature.

u have to move files from phone memory to memory card. then u can store many msgs in mobile.i thought u may suffer with ful of memory in ur phone not in memorycard.try & see frnd

khaled, 09 Feb 2010which the best n79 or w 705 plez feed methe best mobile n79. have many options if compare to e71. 5 mega pixel, load music,fastest browser, good looking. but having some doubts on keypad & back side panel.but i like this phone very much in price of economic.

aditya, 09 Feb 2010it was a bug in original firmware, you need to update thatok thanks for the infos ill update the phone then hopefully it will fix the problem

I have used this phone for 6 months now. I think I am ready to give an opinion.
Performance: i consider this is better one comparing its predecessors. i had experienced freezing issue initially but after the patch all is good. nice speed and no hanging.
Picture and Video: I must admit i have done a good job in choosing a 5MP camera phone its really worth, The picture quality is amazing.. but during low and dim lights the photo quality is poor. Video is avg as there is certain variation wen we shift the locations.
Battery life: As expected frm nokia. I am getting a good backup of 2days. I am happy.
I have installed Lotus notes into this phone and i can now work frm my home now. emails and chating.. and wonderful multimedia phone.

N79 or E 71I bought E71 but didnt like it within a week i sold it and bought n79 and i'm happy with it only freezing video recording annoy me of n79 dunno wat to do to solve video recording problem but if i select email high quality video option then no freeze at all only on tv high quality option video recording freezes :/
