i used my N8 for 1 month and now its with nokia care for repair, there is a booting problem, phone is not starting :( can sm1 tell me it can b repair or no

i m having n8 from last 1 month,it is awesome and dsn't hang.mine is working supurb.if ur's hangs or stops responding press the power key for 8 seconds,it vibrates 3 times and switched off,now u can power on it.i

Sails, 15 Dec 2010Yeah, you sound like a really smart hacker... I can tell... moreWhy bother? Android fans are about as irrational as iOS fans. To them, it's all about numbers(1Ghz, 768MB RAM, etc). The Desire HD (supposedly fastest Adroid phones sans Nexus S) lags even with those numbers, was going to buy it but now that I've experienced it, no thanks!

I can tell, from some of your leet skills and seeing so many haxxors in my time.
Seriously, why would anyone want to run Android on this? Android is seriously inefficient, so it would lag more and kill the battery. Android can't properly take advantage of the GPU, so gaming would be lot worse. Android doesn't support things like VRAM, the great camera, HDMI out, USB OTG etc.
Putting Android on N8 would make it slow and useless. Maybe you should next use your leet skills to put S^3 on Galaxy S. It might finally stop lagging?

HungWell, 14 Dec 2010I'd really like to get my hands on an N8 and check it out b... moreBuy it from Nokia online store(549$+Tax), you will have a 14 days return period, you can try and return the phone if you are not satisfied for a full refund, also i think amazon(449$) offer 30 days. there are roamers that At&T will pickup N8, but it seems not, Coz Nokia are developing another Symbian^3 device for At&T.
