Hey! Im about to buy the N8 but i need so information. i want to know that is the new OS good or not? is it as good as Android? i have 2 choices, the N8 and the htc Legend! so im confused which one to buy, ohh does the n8 has those awesome apps such as the Androids?

all ... morereseting to factory setting, also known as soft reset isnt as nasty as a hard reset. When you reset to factory setting, you will not lose data on your phone memory such as contacts and installed apps. But make back up first on ur pc just in case. Think of it as a pc reset.

very poor phone considering it's price. Xperia x10 is much much better as a smartphone than n8....in fact its not even a smartphone considering the current standard.....i,ve been using both and find android 100times superior than Symbian3.

Wave might look nice as first, but sooner or later you might get bored with it. One of the reasons is that of the lack of apps. Right now, bada OS has only 1300+ apps only if i'm not mistaken. And not all of them are useful and practical. Browser is better on the wave, but with the new browser which will be coming with the software update (which will arrive on the 15th of december), you might have to think twice.
N8 is better in the long run, trust me. Especially the super useful USB OTG feature :)

Chamin, 05 Dec 2010Is there any different between Made in Hungary and Made by ... moreThere shouldnt really be a price difference just cos of the land of origin, although there are regional differences. Also, there shouldnt be such thing as made in hungary N8.
The quality should be the same, no reason for it to not me, they use the same components, just that the ppl assembling are chinese instead of finnish. But there's such myth and I dunno if it came out of thin air. I know people who have perfectly fine chinese N8, i know ppl who have not so good chinese N8s, but I also know ppl who dont have that good finnish N8s. But if there's something wrong with it, warranty should cover it..
