nokia is strugling to get a position in smart phone market.Their last way to a victory is N8.It has a success as a phone but still far behaind before android,apple,blackberry etc.Samsung,HTC,Apple,Blackberry are doing well in the market.Nokia want to improve their software.Symbian 5 is very bad version.Even Samsung Corby can easily beat that.Symbian 3 is also not much improvement.where is Nokia's TABLET.Now all are before tablets.Nokia wants to recreate their entire product line up.

Dear friends, m using n8 for past one month.I've set the screensaver option as noon so it'll be blank most of the time, if i receive some msg i can see my screen with somthing like slight light backgrnd . Is that'll be some display prob??

Hi, I use Nokia from 1998.My new nokia fone is N8. I M using it from 2 weeks...I want to share two negative points of the Nokia N8
1: Speaker is on the back and when u put the fone on some soft base it significantly reduces the voice of music or ring tones.
2: 20 times out of 100, OVI MAPS freez the fone.And google maps also do the same .And the only option to close these apps is restart the fone...
Nokia must update the software,otherwise Android ll take over for always....thanx

nokia, please release the nokia c2-00 now!!!
we want to have a dual sim/dual standby phone made by a respected & trusted brand & company... not by any cheap china made dualsim phones...

But it w... more"Even i tried opening more than 20 applications it works fine for the moments, but for the daily use i keep running some 3 applications, prayer timings, full screen caller etc, but suddenly it gets closed when i open camera or browser etc any time. Is there any application which monitors and some application and open again when it closed? For me not even single applcation is keep running more than a day which i really need it.".... Whats your say now????

Its a good mobile and you can do many things, just restart once in two days for smooth speed. Dont load too much apllications which is not used at all. You wont experience this many features in other mobile, only drawback maybe very bit slow/hang at times. None of the mobiles are perfect, you can experience only when you are using it.

Shivang, 03 Dec 2010I tried opening up multiple applications and it worked fine... moreDid you try the symbian version of opera mini (not opera mobile, not opera mini java version)? it should take up much less ram, but just as smooth as opera mobile.
Also reboot your phone once in a while to refresh the RAM memory (give more ram)
