Go to your stereo .open it find an fm band where no radio transmits.then go to music player of n8.press settings.go to fm transiter.enter the same fm band as your stereo and then activate it near you radio.as you see you can hear music at this band without any connection with your stereo cause then n8 is the radio station...nice !!!

you might have to format the drive.

quite simply one of Nokia's best phones.
the N8 ranks high up there with the phone that made jaws around the world drop,the legendary N95 8 GB.
these two phones are the best phones i've ever used.
the N8 has everything i'd ever want in a phone and more.
totally worth the g's spent on it.
you guys have to try it for yourselves.

motorola milestone 2 is a lot better its supports adobe 10.1 and 1.2 GHZ processor waiting for the milestone 2 (aka Droid 2) in the U.S to arrive here in the philippines...

Have been using N8 for 3 weeks now, and my comments are as follows:
1) The first impression was not too great, becuase the initial setup (themes, applications, shortctuts) was not too impressive (one thing Nokia should learn is how to sell an item...should make a vow effect by putting the nicest theme on it!) and because i after the hard reset the ovi store stopped working;
2) After the initial let down, found a workaround to get apps from Ovi store and i personilezed the phone...now this phone is VOW!!! I mean everything literally works and the camera is just f*****g impressive!
3) Application set in the ovi store is not as impressive as that with android or iphone, but i believe soon we will see an enormous ovi app boom.
Finally i would say that this is one gadget i do not regret buying, its just so amazing and much more. One thing i love about Nokia's, is that these are somehow more personal gadget than the usual (read Samsung :D).

gitty, 27 Nov 2010i am trying to register ovi music unlimited but after login... morei think the voucher is included in the sales package for countries covered under the unlimited music scheme...i dont think India is in the list of such countries...

Those who want to buy N8, i advise them to wait till the mid of December till they produce second version with updated software....

Hi, I tried to download something to my N8 with wifi, it downloaded to PHONE MEMORY but didnt installed and now the fone shows the fone memory full...I want to delete that, but says Code protected memory...and cannot delete these files...Any solution Please...thanx in advance..

Nokia N8 its a crap! you cannot compare the iphone 4 with this shit!nokia wakeeeee up and make some good phones!even the desigh looks very very cheap! looks like a toy next to the iphone 4.

need your opinion again..
i want to buy either N8 or C7 (i've try it briefly at the shop) however...
i like N8 for it all have...accept the free memory in C: drive (around 150mb-175mb )its lower than C7...
i like C7 cos the C: memory (more than 300mb) accept its fixed focus...
so in your case why u choose n8 rather c7?

(currently in my 5800 i use it for video recording & snapping pictures, document/photo/video editing, watching video/web browsing, taking notes)

received my replacement today 4m N.care and again started the new inning with new N8 ! I am xtremely happy ! If u r facing any problems just replace it !
