The only problem is that you can't fully close it so you have to find a "Close Whatsapp" app too.

I've resigned myself to the audio tuner because I don't have a card to pay for stuff online - and be assured, I won't be downloading a pile of pirated games and stuff like that. I am not into that. I must commend the folks on this site. You all are so helpful and SWEET!

Other can be reinstalled, restored from my pc. Tell us what turner you need. Maybe we can help you with a proper one. By the way, never support piracy. So if you like it that much, buy it from store. You will have no problems installing there:).

I got it from N8 fan club and I've tried to install it 5 times (I built up courage), with the same result,of course. A box comes up saying it cannot recognize it. So I ended up installing one from the phone Nokia store which sounds out the notes. I HATE it, but better than nothing. The ones with the moving needle are so much more accurate and quicker. Well at least the practice helped me overcome the USB thing-a-ma-jig. Mods or widgets? I'll have to read up on those! Thanks again.

Stupid me, 05 Jul 2013Thanks for the offer. Will do. My next project will be tran... moreUSB isn't really complicated, just go to Settigs - Connectivity - USB and choose "Mass Storage" as default. Drag/drop your app to "download" or "installed files" or anywhere. Disconnect, find your .sis file, click on it to install, then delete the .sis file as you don't need it any more. Install it to Mass memory. Only important apps go to Phone memory (because when you connect via Mass memory mode they stop working until you disconnect). I think that's it. I have two guitar tuners and both work. ;-) Since you're new, just don't install any mods or widgets until you are sure what you are doing.
ps. For songs, just copy/paste it to Music. Then you open the music player - Music library - refresh, and that's it. Put the music player widget on one of your home screens etc.

That's about it. Depending of the series you need this torx 4 or 5, mine, is torx 4, but was released with anna. I think older releases have torx 5. I find that using the USB to transfer is a bit complicated. I struggled through transferring a song and I am more than shaky about transferring an app download, but I do want this guitar tuner app with the meter. Any ideas to offer about problems I may encounter before I take the plunge?

It was my dream phone (well, and the 808) and I was finally able to afford it after some saving and when the prices came down. The other day I just uninstalled F-Secure as I'm not going to be using it anyway, and if I needed something like that there are free options. Glad I didn't hide anything yet, haha. THANK YOU ever so much! I am exploring the phone as I got it 2 days ago for $50US or $300TT at a bMobile sale in T'dad. It is my dream come true as I can't afford one at the regular price. So, I am a beginner and was on the verge of tears. I won't be pressing any hide button again!!
