Amit, 03 Nov 2010I think you shld get a Dark grey colour and i got it 2 days... morethe dark grey one look more solid and elegant in the flesh
theme can easily match the dark grey,
i have seen dark grey, silver and blue, but not green and orange yet
for this price, n8 rock, n8 can compete with its competitor so called high end phones

Nokia advertised this phone as having Qt support. But I've learned that Qt is not built into the firmware and if the phone has to be formatted you'll lose the Qt script. And you also cannot edit song details and album art anymore. I hope Nokia fixes these issues in the next firmware update before I buy this phone in January next year. I badly need those functions to edit song details and album art.

I think you shld get a Dark grey colour and i got it 2 days back and it super cool. In reality D Grey looks better than silver. i have seen both in reality and trust me D Grey looks damm good bro...

even you have to spend more but you will be relaxed.

I am getting N8 for Rs.23500 in nokia priority hyderabad and Rs.23000 at hotspot along with charger,BH-701 headphones,HDMI and data cable,usb OTG cable. Is it cheaper anywhere else? and do you get a carrying case in package?

is the N8 similar to the sony ericsson satio and C905 as far as menu and easy to use features go?? i need to decide in the next day wether or not to get the N8

I too use Opera Mini on my N8. Not only is faster but it saves me lots of $$ because of the 3th party server data compression. Only disadvantage - I don't trust them with my banking stuff. But for the rest,Opera Mini ROCKS !

I am planning to get an N8 , The opinions are confusing me here.. i had a good first person review about this handset,, could somebody help me with the flaws that this cellphone has?? The good point are obvious about this handset soi would like to hear the flaws if at all any.
Also is Symbian 3 a pain to use??.. i heard its better than its predecessors .... Kindly comment

i have been waiting for the n8 for a while now....
AND i finally got a grey ONE!!
and it is a superb phone
Camera is awesome. plus the graphics card in it to watch the TRON trailer that is pre loaded...
WOW super crisp clear images!!
the Fm transmitter is just a winner!! tuned my phone to a stores radio station and played my music in store

Hi everyone, I am looking forward to buy an N8. But I have a questions for you who have the phone already. Those who have the phone and claims that it is running superb, which color do you have? The reason I asked this question is because yesterday I searched "N8 fail" in youtube and all the videos of the faulty N8s were of Silver White. I was so looking forward of buying the Silver White one. But if THAT is the one with the defect, I better look into other colors. So, Can you guys (who owns them and claims that their phone is running fine or claims that they have problems with their phone) tell us here which color you are using and whether you got a problem or not. Thanks again. Please, do reply as I am having a feeling that ONLY the Silver Whites have got those problems somehow (I might be wrong, I hope I am wrong). Take care.

[deleted post]so sad....i dont know where ur getting this "$640" price since in the US its actually selling for $549 without tax. i was one of the lucky ones to get this off craigslist for cheaper (in canada). i got it for $450 :)
