In most camera phone even digital cameras still resolution is different from video recording. But for your kind information since you may not be aware of what I mean read the link of the unbiased gsmarena team review:

Tell me, out of that amount of apps, which are actually useful? If you sort out all of the repetitive apps, fart apps, i think there will be much less apps which are actually useful. Some apps are also country dependent so you cant use all of them. The amount of apps created and ported to the n8 is growing at a reasonable rate, and you can install apps which are created for the s60v5. Mind you there are alot of apps created for the s60v5 too.

the phone is dead in three days, and i gave for service in nokia care, and they serviced, the same problem occured and i again gave it on nokia care and they said 15days of time for delivery of complaint(sending the mobile to delhi for checkup)

hey dont buy nokia n8.i regret because 12megapxs is only name but actually it records videos in 720p at 25 frames while galaxy s records 720p at 30 frames also galaxy has android so 1,00,000+ apps in market(stated on wikipedia) while nokia symbian^3 has only 10% of them.

Hardware issues so far and solutions :
Camera takes crappy pics
-remove the protective plastic film from the lens. if you did that means that your to blame for the crappy pics
Ram and processing power is too 'little'
-symbian is a lite OS. Putting more ram and processing power in to this baby will be unnecessary as the battery will drain faster.....much faster
Speaker not in the best position
-place your phone screen-side down. dont need to worry bout scratches cause this bad ass is one tough phone unlike the *cough*iphone4*cough*
battery dies very quickly
-switch to power saver mode and turn off the wifi. also set your net widgets to 'offline'
signal loss like the iphone4
-dun believe the vids people, is just done by iphone4 fanatics sos that they dont feel like they are the only one with the prob.
screen resolution is not enough
-the nHD (360X640) resolution produces a 16:9 ratio which is perfect for viewing vid without stretching and the annoying black bars at the top and the bottom of the video. Also the optimal screen resolution is 360X640 on a 3.5 inch screen which produces bout 280dpi.

Why nokia dont make ovi store like android which has loads of free and gud applications.
