Hoshil, 29 Oct 2010Hey guys m planing to buy NOkia N8 ..in like 3-4 days...so ... moreas you wish dear, if you r in hurry, then buy it now and up-date later otherwise wait. Better to buy now then up-date, at least you will learn about N8 more.... ;)

    I tried on my very old Samsung Omnia i900.
    It is very nice & fast. I am so glad to know it is available as well for N8 and definitely will be available for E7 ( my next Phone)

                  I have nokia N8 and i buy it from italy 2 weeks ago and yet i am unable to understand that what the mind blowing thing nokia has introduced.its some this outstanding.

                    andy burgin, 29 Oct 2010The Nokia N8 is really an amazing mobile from Nokia,an had ... moreIF you want to totally change N8 the spb shell lite is free in ovi store but i suppose if you have not used it before its going to be another learning curve ,still n8 is total opposite of flawaed n97.,the carousel spins on it stutter free and i have 32GB card in with 24.5GB mp3 on and my apps and vids are ON 16GB onbaord memory.I need the fast card for video recording and leaves about 5GB bearing in mind a 10 mins video in HD took 527MB yesterday,crikey.

                      andy burgin, 29 Oct 2010The Nokia N8 is really an amazing mobile from Nokia,an had ... moreI am having no problems just wish the equaliser settings allowed your own presets.I have black as well but wanted silver but have yet to see that colour anywhere or anyone mention it.Did you sell your satio in the end??I had nokia n97 a ferw times to try and get it to work but to n o avail,now the RAM and C-DISK space is solved ive have live twitter feeds hourly email updates the lolt and the battery lasts the day and a works..

                      My email account was already their i just added name and password never seen that in nokia and cause used my old sim card it signed me straight into Ovi ..This begs a question to how much the carriers really know abouit you,i stuck the same o2 card into my 6630 and went to o2 site to register that number and up come a picture of a 6630 saying this is your fone.How do they know its a 6630 unless they have hold of my imei number?

                      Someone asked about facebook today but cant help them cause dont use it ..Also has anyone got time machine ,france24 or google app on their N8 ive tried but cant so it may not be written for n8 yet or its me.

                          This page is not for N8 Praise but for opinions so if you people can't take my opinions then dont read! I don't get offended by anything you lot say as they are only words and you don't know me.

                          I have owned the phone so have a right to voice my opinion.

                          The phone is prob Nokia's best -agreed (when it works), but technology has moved on now so Nokia's best is not up to the standards of the competition -MY OPINION.

                          I know I annoy the tunnel visioned die hard Nokia fanboys in here but that actually entertains me now!

                              The Nokia N8 is really an amazing mobile from Nokia,an had no problems at all,Speakers are Brilliant an Video playback is Amazing,i have the Black one an now looking to buy the Blue one when its finally released as Nokia says the Blue on would be delayed abit,future updates can only make the N8 better value than the iPhone4,like to see how many N8s would be sold in the first month

                                    Take a Pentium III 800Mhz with 256Ram. And install Windows 7. Its fast? work fine? No.. dont you? (you can not install it, i know.. its for this example only)

                                    Now, take the same PC and install Windows 95/98. Now? its fast? Yes.. no?

                                    Now, take the same PC and install Linux. SO? faster than W95/98.. NO?!

                                    Conclusion: Its not everything about CPU power. The SO its the soul of everything. So, if you want compare, dont only look the CPU power. Look the SO installed. In this case.. Symbian is Lighter than Android and Ios. period!

                                    For last thing.. Make a last Test..

                                    Get 2 Pc. Same CPU, one with a NVIDIA 9800GTX and the another one, with on-board video card. Try some Heavy games.. You have any difference? A LOT, don you?

                                    If you put lower CPU in the NVIDIA machine??? WOW ! it gonna be still faster than another one!! WHY?!?!

                                    Cos in gaming and everything related to GRAPHICS its MORE IMPORTANT the GPU than the CPU.

                                    If you don't believe, search in Youtube for Videos of N8 vs IPH4 in GAMING (not browser or UI). And tell me if you see real difference..

                                        Until now I am satisfied with my N82, that's why I'm so sure that I'm gonna love N8 very much by thinking that N8 will give me much more than N82 could give.
